How many people with the same first name as you did you go to school with?

In primary school , I was in with 2 others who had the same first name as me.

In fact I have seen my name mentioned more times on this thread than people I have met with the same name

In my work environment circa 3500+ there is no-one with my name

Four at secondary school despite it being a small secondary (about 80 per year). Most popular girls name of the decade though. I've also had to share an office with someone of the same name. Could be worse, my best friend at work has 5 people with her name in a dept of 50, she told her boss he couldn't recruit any more!

None! I've never actually met another one.

Well I had a very popular name and DH fas muktiple relatives with his name and we've given our DC very unusual names, DD2 has a name so unusual she was the only one born the year she was born. I did give them all names that are popular in the country I come from though! So does that answer your question. To be fair to DM she didn't have google so when she was choosing my name she thought she was going for an unusual old fashioned name (I am at the beginning of its rise in popularity).

Odd because my name has been pretty consistently in the top 20 for years and years.

None at all throughout school or university. I've come across a couple during my work life, one actually had my surname as well. I work in a national industry & I occasionally got emails that should have been for her. Other than that I've had a couple of clients with my forename, one about the same age as me, one 20 years younger.

My name was fairly popular but I think I was one of the first as there were no other Lauren's in my primary school whilst I was there or secondary that I knew about. There was one in my dance class but I don't come across many. It seems to be gaining popularity again. I used to not like my name but I love it now

I have a v unusual name. Hated it as a child, not so much now.

My DC have v classic names. They would prefer something more unusual.

None at primary, 1 in my year at secondary. My name has got a lot more popular since then though. When I worked in childcare I would usually share my name with 2 or 3 of the children.

There were four of us with my name in my primary school class. Four of us with my name in my former workplace and also my current workplace. I changed my name by deed poll last year, to something more unusual. I always hated being first name followed by initial of surname. There was a girl in my primary school class with the beautiful and unusual name of Demelza. I always wanted her name and life!

0 in primary and also secondary and even college. My name isn't rare just old fashionable I suppose 🤷

None and I’ve never met anyone with my name either. There are plenty of us in the world but I think almost all are in America
