I'm looking for VERY unusual baby names (I think!)

So DS has a name that wasn't even on the ONS. It's completely unique (some may argue that it's a word and not a name!) BUT I've had the most positive reactions to it.

I'm looking for name suggestions for both genders that are along the same level as unusualness. It's important to me that it's easy to pronounce and easy to spell though.

I like the names -
Girls: Coral, Effy, Jovie, Lainie, Quinn
Boys: Atlas, Eden, Jesse, Percy

But none of them are the one!

For the poster above who has Corin on a girls name list - it's a boy's name. Corinne is the female version.

For a girl, Dovey, inspired by Dovey Roundtree. Amazing woman. I have loved the name ever since I read an article about Ms. Roundtree.

I'm from the sensible name herd..

But I did hear the name Zevy the other day

Thought it was cool

Fatkins · 11/07/2019 20:45

I love Zephyr. Maybe Zevy was short for that?

😂😂 Or maybe someone made the first poster the Ruler of Names for Boys and Girls.

In Scandinavia and the Netherlands, Corin is a girls name and fairly popular, I believe the same for the US. So maybe it’s not exclusively gendered...crazy, right...?!

Btw Inish is Irish for island (with anglicised spelling). I think it has a beautiful sound.
