I'm looking for VERY unusual baby names (I think!)

So DS has a name that wasn't even on the ONS. It's completely unique (some may argue that it's a word and not a name!) BUT I've had the most positive reactions to it.

I'm looking for name suggestions for both genders that are along the same level as unusualness. It's important to me that it's easy to pronounce and easy to spell though.

I like the names -
Girls: Coral, Effy, Jovie, Lainie, Quinn
Boys: Atlas, Eden, Jesse, Percy

But none of them are the one!

I know a Queenie - I like it. It’s traditionally short for Victoria.

I like Erasmus for a boy and I’ve always thought Gethsemane sounds like a girls name

SummerInTheVillage · 11/07/2019 18:42

Yooneeq names are far too try hard and chavvy. Poor child will be judged because of your poor choices.

Prettylittlelady · 11/07/2019 18:44

Primrose or Lyric for a girl?

What about

Nate

For girls, I love Cordiana and Nilufar (Nilu - but think you may need to be persian for that one).

For boys - some of the Irish ones are good. Maccon or Olan or Nessan.

DH and his brother each have a name that they have never encountered on another person (although BIL did have someone reach out to him to see if he wanted to join a facebook support group for men with that name:)) and neither of them would give a similar name to a child.
