Third boy due any day and for my own sanity we need to decide on a name or two (i don't want to wait and see what he looks like). Here is our short list. We already have a William & Joseph.

In abc order rather than preference:

Albert (Albie/Bertie) - will i get looks? Bit "out there"?
Daniel (Dan/Danny)
Douglas (Dougie) - not same style/not sure goes with first 2
Edward (Ed/Eddie)
George (dunno)
Lucas (Luke?) - not same style/not sure it goes with first 2
Stanley (Stan) - bit harsh?
Timothy (Tim) DH not too keen.

It's so difficult! I just don't love any!

Go with Daniel. Decision made!

DayKay · 27/06/2018 11:32

I love Daniel. Ive used it too Smile

LawDegreeBarbie · 27/06/2018 11:32

Daniel.

mumsiedarlingrevolta · 27/06/2018 11:33

Edward and call him Teddy
Albert call either of your nn choices

They both go with style of other boys. I don't think a lot of the others do

AriaMontgom · 27/06/2018 11:33

Edward Smile

Sophronia · 27/06/2018 11:36

Daniel

AdaColeman · 27/06/2018 11:37

Another vote for Daniel.

Albert nn Bertie would be my second choice.

Lucas is completely different from the other sibling names.

FizzyGreenWater · 27/06/2018 12:06

Thomas?

Other than that, I think Edward fits with the others best.

TatianaLarina · 27/06/2018 12:12

Edward is the only one I like.

MariaMadita · 27/06/2018 12:14

Albert (Albie/Bertie) - Albert is fab imo.
Daniel (Dan/Danny): I personally honestly dislike it.
Douglas (Dougie): I don't think it needs to "go" with your DC's names. Names that are too similar are much more of an issue imo.
Edward (Ed/Eddie): a bit too popular imo.
George (dunno): really nice.
Lucas (Luke?) - not too keen.
Stanley (Stan) - yes, it's harsh. And I unfortunately
associate it with really unpleasant people.
Timothy (Tim) - that's really nice imo. But if your DH doesn't lie it.

MariaMadita · 27/06/2018 12:14

*like it.

Mollie85 · 27/06/2018 12:37

Daniel
Or Edward if he’s to be a Ted Grin

Buddyelf · 27/06/2018 12:39

I like Daniel (but that is my DH's name so might be a bit bias) and George but I like Edward the best

youngestisapsycho · 27/06/2018 12:42

I like Alexander (Alex), although its not on your list Smile

Icklepup · 27/06/2018 12:47

Daniel!

DramaAlpaca · 27/06/2018 12:52

Another vote for Daniel.

I'd have used it if we'd had another boy.

toldmywrath · 27/06/2018 13:00

Edward goes with the other two names. Albert is fab.

helpmum2003 · 27/06/2018 13:01

Edward!

EstrellaDamn · 27/06/2018 13:04

Daniel!

MikeUniformMike · 27/06/2018 13:05

Albert (Albie/Bertie) - Don't like it at all. Makes me think of prince albert, Albert Square etc.
Daniel (Dan/Danny) - classic
Douglas (Dougie) - not same style/not sure goes with first 2 - I like it
Edward (Ed/Eddie) - classic
George (dunno) - classic
Lucas (Luke?) - not same style/not sure it goes with first 2 - bit too popular
Stanley (Stan) - bit harsh? - knife
Timothy (Tim) DH not too keen. - 'nice but dim'

Pythonesque · 27/06/2018 13:14

I like Albert and Edward.

BevBrook · 27/06/2018 13:19

Albert nn Bertie is my absolute favourite, I don't think it is out-there at all.
I also really like Douglas - in fact I like all your names, apart from Daniel - nothing wrong with it, just not for me - and Stanley.

MinaPaws · 27/06/2018 13:20

I love Albert and I love Edward, and all their nickname varieties, if that helps.

PeggySchuylar · 27/06/2018 13:24

Gregory/Greg?

I like Albert too

SleepWarrior · 27/06/2018 13:35

Daniel
Edward
Douglas

Robert (Bertie) and Samuel also fit with your style?
