I work in n infant school:

Alfred - at least 3 or 4 but called Alfie day to day
John - one
Sidney - one
Harold - one but called Harry usually
Douglas - once

Madeleine - a couple but both will now be 9/10, so not for a while
Betty - none but know a young Betsy
