Miniminimus we have a Harriet too! Named after Harriet from Tom's Midnight Garden and I like to call her Hats or Harriety (couldn't persuade DH to go for Arriety much to my dismay).

I also love Clara, Clover, Hepzibah, Drina (short for Andrina), Beth, Eowyn, Felicity, Daryl, Meg (short for Margaret), Nora, Pollyanna, Penny, Sara and Anastasia.

Artemis (Artemis Fowl), Atticus, Dickon, Finnick, Pip, Peregrine.

Laughing at Jennifer Yellow Hat. I have a friend who has a Jennifer and I remember asking her if she named her after that iconic character Wink

My favourite is Alice. Although I don't really like the book.

I remember when I was little liking the name Linette from The Children of Green Knowe. And Elizabeth from Hannibal the Hamster...

Footle · 15/09/2017 07:12

kittytom, it's not Linette in Green Knowe, it's the much more beautiful
Linnet, like the bird. Such a good name but probably difficult to get it pronounced with stress on first syllable.
