How on earth do I name this baby girl!?

I am so stressed right now she's 5 weeks and 2 days. We can't agree on anything. He says he doesn't like any name apart from Lily 🙄 Lily is okay but definitely not a name that I see her being. I really love April but he says that as she was born so close to April it would just be stupid and that her nickname would become 'Ape/Apes'

She doesn't even look like either name tbh so I don't really know what to do. He likes Kiera and I think it's okay if spelt Ciara but still not 100% and he doesn't like it spelt like that as he thinks people will spell and pronounce it wrong.

So lost right now.

We both quite like Mollie (he hates the y spelling 🙄) but will she be Mols (sounds like moles???)

Def could be a Molly (although I think Mollie spelling could result in having to spell her name out in years to come). Friends daughter is Molly and her Mum abbreviates it to Molls - suits her and is cute!

She could also be a Francesca......there's a sparky look about her that could pull off a Frankie or Chesca NN or a Beatrice with Bea NN

April is beautiful and would suit her down to the ground. Molly feels like a nice fit too, or I love the suggestion of Polly for her! I also like the suggestions of Jasmine, Gaia and Bonnie - she looks like she needs a strong, sweet, happy name.

When you say 'April' it kind of has a 'lil' at the end so you could push for a Lil or Lils nickname rather than Apes. Although you might find she doesn't have any nickname until much older anyway. My dd has a long name that could easily be made into several nicknames but no one has ever called her anything other than her name (I like the nicknames so I wouldn't mind) whereas my other dd we have specifically shortened it to the nickname we want rather than another not as nice one.
We know a Molly and she does get called Molls but it doesn't sound back and suits her!
I think your dd looks like a Mollie personally!

As an alternative to Lilly, how about Lila? It means dark haired beauty and that is most definitely your gorgeous baby!

Another name that sprung to mind when I saw the photo- Ivy.

April I think suits her but again not sure about being an April born in May. Mollie I love but for some reason picture a blonde haired Mollie!

Definitely a Mollie! Every Molly/Mollie I've known has been called Mollie-Moo as a nickname at some point in their lives so be prepared for that 😀

Being an April I've been called Apes plenty of times. Can't say it's bothered me. Just get used to the question was she born in april and when you say no you'll get well whys she not called whatever month. Almost 30 and I still get the same reaction
