How on earth do I name this baby girl!?

I am so stressed right now she's 5 weeks and 2 days. We can't agree on anything. He says he doesn't like any name apart from Lily 🙄 Lily is okay but definitely not a name that I see her being. I really love April but he says that as she was born so close to April it would just be stupid and that her nickname would become 'Ape/Apes'

She doesn't even look like either name tbh so I don't really know what to do. He likes Kiera and I think it's okay if spelt Ciara but still not 100% and he doesn't like it spelt like that as he thinks people will spell and pronounce it wrong.

So lost right now.

We both quite like Mollie (he hates the y spelling 🙄) but will she be Mols (sounds like moles???)

What a beautiful baby! We always say babies are gorgeous, cause they all are, but she is really beautiful. I thought Lily as soon as I saw the picture, but ,unusually, any of the names you suggested would be fine.

And you're not alone- we were still negotiating until the morning of the 6 week , very last day registration appointment. It'll all come clear.

Just imagine you a royal - you can give her two middle names. Or even three..

She is adorable and looks like a Molly (the Mollie spelling looks like it's pronounced Molleye to me).

Awww love her smile!! Lily and Kiera are nice and I love Mollie. She could just be Mollie with no nn as it doesn't really seem like one you need to shorten.

What about Kirrily (kir-i-lee rhymes with cheerily) or Lilias (maybe nn Lily for him)?

And don't over think the nickname, most manned can be picked apart to sound horrid. My initials can be pronounced anal,( thanks mum) but only one person has every said this! I noticed it in my teens and was mortified, but I am obviously an over thinker too.

And BTW you will love geet name because it will become her. My dd chose a nick name/ shortening that I never liked. She is now 12, and I love it be cause it's her's.

We didn't get to use my favourite name combo which was Amber Elizabeth. Youngest just didn't look like an Amber! Having read some of the other posts I really like Siena. And it's a gorgeous place too!
