Girl - Mari

Emrys comes a very close second though op.

My favourite girls names in the world are Elin and Carys

For boys I like Emrys (my nephew's middle name) and Idris (the first, of many, mountains I ever climbed was Cadair Idris).

Ioan is pronounced Yo-an

It's good because you can say "YO, Yo" and be that person

I have heard the Welsh word Enfys (rainbow..?) as a name which I like.
I love Tudor as a boys name which I have only ever heard in wales
