And here's yet another thread. Blimey we can chat!!!! I've been in London the past couple of days, looking forward to catching up on everything....

I am planning (at a later date) to make an unlined bag (don't all gasp at once), some bags just don't suit a lining.

OK I've gone all weird this morning . . . . Instead of crafting/doing housework (not that there's much to do for a change!) I'm cleaning my hairbrushes and make-up brushes etc . I think its because I don't want to take scatty tatty stuff to posh hotel at the weekend (like anyone's going to look at it?) I seem to be taking this weekend far too seriously. Spot the person who doesn't get out much !!
The girls have had fun washing stuff whilst they were in the bath too (killing two birds with one stone!!!). They have now got the cleaning bug and are 'organising' there toys in the living room (for organising read putting into lots of piles instead of one huge pile )

I have uploaded a post with some more painted pages... I know i'm obsessed... I dont' feel very well today I have coughed all morning, and my throat hurts.... I just had a huge couging fit and now my chest hurts... so sod all the house work i'm not doing anything today...

Just popped on as I'm a bit excited and had to tell you all that I've had my 1st international sale!!

A lady left a comment about the Thomas fabric drawstring bag on my Flickr saying how her grandson would love it.

Uncharacteristically for me, I send her a cheeky reply saying I could make one for him .

She said yes and has already paid!!

I know its nothing fancy like the rest of you sell, but it's certainly given my a boost whilst I sit here sewing my usual duvet covers and curtains

gm, i have missed your swap, i have been so slack when it comes to blogging lately

we had a lovely time in the lakes, even got some fat quarters from the fabric shop in bowness. am knackered this evening, inset day at school so have been at adventure park all day with dc's. am off to watch the lost finale later as i missed it last night, can't wait!
