And here's yet another thread. Blimey we can chat!!!! I've been in London the past couple of days, looking forward to catching up on everything....

misty- I hate that... and then if I tell him off for being whingy and naughty he turns on the waterworks wailing and then I get in trouble with DH. WTF

DS being very good right now, eating his lunch while I write e-mails, though my brain isn't in it today and my typing is worse than normal... halfway. through writing up a recipe for some strawberry lime mini cheesecakes I made last week... made apple cake the other day but its an old recipe that I make all the time whenever there are abandonded apples in the bowl.

Ooh I bought loads of strawberries and two tubs of soft cheese yesterday!!! i LURVE cheesecake (damnit no biscuits though). I was planning on carrot cake as we seem to have 45675 carrots in our fridge who keeps buying them?

boo-hoo, i have to go to the dentist shortly and i really don't want to go i hate the dentist, and i'm having scale, polish, injections, x ray, filling/tooth mended, the lot

maybe i can mend my tooth myself with a bead and some glue

well, my tooth is done, injection is starting to wear off so is hurting a bit around the gum. it is a wisdom tooth so the option was either to fill it again or have it taken out, which i'd have to be referred to hospital for so i chose to have it filled. the market was on today, so decided to fill my brain with thoughts of stopping by the haberdashery stall on the way back to the car, got some thread and some felt sheets, then on to the shoe shop and got dd 2 pairs of shoes, cute pink ones, and some new school shoes, the clarks ones with the doll in, reduced to £6!! bargain

Not a totally bad day then LK . We got 4 pairs of shoes for the girls (and a cheeky pair for me ) last weekend total cost £45!!!! Brill.
LK I think your next softie (and indeed the next swap/challenge) should be stuffed teeth!!!

I have finished my logo. Really pleased with it. I can't do anything with it at the moment as I have no scanner tried to photograph it but it's too blurry to use. Pants.

Oooh misty that reminds me, I need to photograph my logo for my website. Thanks for that!

Meri - tis true about boys and testoreone, don't worry. He's so bloody gorgeous you can't help but forgive him for being a bit rowdy, can you? (those huge eyes, girls are going to melt!!!)

LK - and anyone else who's interested, ohfransson is having a vintage sheet FQ swap, send her FQs of vintage fabric, get the same number back. SOunds like a good plan!!!

RH - owl arrived this am, has gone to bed with ginge, he is over the moon, thank you soooooooo much. He's played with him all day too, making whooo sounds. He opened the parcel and went 'ohhhh, my owl!'. Happy boy!

Been working on my toadstool. Had a few 'teething' problems, but am getting there . . .

Yes the logo is for the blog and also for some stickers and stuff. I didn't use anything fancy like photoshop PAH!! I just got my pencils and paintbrushes out!!! Although as I said earlier that creates a problem with transferring it back to PC. Thank god for DH!!!

They have their uses. If it has flashy lights and stuff get DH on it . If it needs painting or feeding get me on it!!! Although I cooked the crappest meal ever tonight cooking mojo appears to have taken a hike!!!

Mine was a stirfry disaster. Beef marinated for aaaaaaaaages in rice wine vinegar, soy, garlic, ginger, five spice, chilli. Loads of lovely fresh veggies and yet it tasted of nothing. Tomorrow will be thai red curry - always a winner!!!

today I'm taking H swimming again.. he has to do 5 jumps to make up for bad behavior and not doing the jomps earlier in the week... if he can do the jumps today then he can play his game and get the treat he lost out on earlier this week... then I'm taking him to the studio for a play and so he can get his hair cut.. all those curls are getting shorn for the summer...

craft wise... not doing much today but will do some beading if I get the chance and maybe a bit of knitting or sketching if I can manage...

not much crafting to report as I have visitors at moment but I did make Meri's cheesecake for pudding last night and we all loved them. Even DH who normally doesn't have much time for pudding. They are simple to make and totally TOTALLY delicious. MMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
(perfect for those of us too lazy to have working ovens too )
