I gave me a lovely smile this morning.
And those lights are brilliant. Arent they bright.

I've had a fab day in town.
I got 2 wool jumpers, one of which is Jaeger but its now been felted and the other is just about to go in
I also got a book on sewing and knitting too which is quite informative.
And then the shop that I usually get my stuffing and fabric from are now selling packs of fat quarters.
I got a pack of 7 plain different colours and a pack of red, white and blue with hearts and flowers, all different £5 each! Bargain.

I know what I'll be up to tonight

I would say - patience, chocolate, and a big pot of tea are required. It can be slow loading pics onto etsy, but if it's over 30-45 secs per pic there's prob a problem, so you may not get to list properly. If that happens. wait 10 mins and try again. Put UK in the tags, and lucykatecrafts too - so people can find you easily. Um...I think that's it. Good luck!!! When's the big opening?

hi all. I made another multi strand necklace today, this time in metallic shades. I want to make some bracelets to match them all too.

Well, I got most of GMs swap done today, (yay!!), started on a small cotton purse for dd too. DD and I went charity rummaging and came back with a heap of buttons, some paste jewellery (she's a magpie and I spotted a fab brooch which would look good on a bag) and she picked up a couple of ladybird books. All in all a very good day.

I am also now working on doll number 2 (who suggested Clarice? I think it's a fab name! Doll 1 will henceforth be known as Clarice ). This time though I am making it in 4ply wool (eek - tiny) so will see how it looks as a much daintier doll!

I've done my meme and tagged you NBG...also posted a recent teaset find (mmmm) and my first attempt at a pair of earrings...cheating as all I had to do was pull apart a necklace and add some findings

I did my first bit of hoop embroidery tonight - ie hand embroidery using a hoop. DH nearly died of spluttering and laughing when he came in from football to find me there like something out of sense and sensibility (well, not quite, but near enough)

oh Miss Bennett what a very ladylike way to while away the hours . . . jeangenie you need to move into a georgian mansion and take tea on the lawn and watch the gentlemen play croquet

oh dear vintage violet is waffling away to herself again - must go for my "early" night!

dizzy i'm nearly finished now but knowing me i can make "nearly" finished last to the deadline!!! also my dd has her beady eyes on what i've made so may have to make another!!!

Dior yes I still want the necklace. I havent checked my paypal account yet (I do it everyday) and as yet it hasnt come through, its still pending.
I'll go and check it now. It should be done by now as it only takes 7-9 days to clear.

Ranting I got your email so I'll post the fabric this afternoon along with whizzz's swap pressie.

Last night I made another doll and its my first with blonde hair lol.
Today my friend is babysitting so I can go for lunch with my mum.
Its a place called the Corner Cupboard in a little village called Birdforth which is in between where I live and York.
They have a lovely little shop inside which tbh sells crafts very much like what we all make.
Jewellery, softies, dolls, little soft gifts etc.
So I'm going to get my heels on, eat alot and get inspired

Thenthis afternoon my plan is to make 2 more felted bags.
My mums stopping tonight so she can be on childcare duties
