Oh my, the last thread got full! Hope you all find me. The title is rubbish.

Anyway. I'm off to decorate the thread.

Can I join your chatter. I am fairly new to crochet. I self-taught from Youtube and love looking at all your amazing makes.

Welcome @survivechuckleshowaffection we've gone a bit quiet in here as life keeps getting in the way of crafting.

Welcome @survivechuckleshowaffection it's very quiet here these days. I rather lost my crojo, and rediscovered my love of reading. I'm hoping to balance them a bit more from now on.

My friend asked me for advice on fixing a vintage blanket that she has. She can't crochet at all, so rather than try and teach a beginner how to repair holes, I figured I would just fix it. I finally got round to starting. The light blue row was so damaged, and the more I tried to repair the more issues I found with other rows. So I unstitched the whole square, removed 3 rounds and re-did them.
The yarn weight/hook size/tension isn't quite the same so it's a bit wonky. But I think reattaching it to the blanket will sort that out.

There's about 7 more holes to fix , but I think this was the biggest.

Wow you’ve done a great job there @CrochetBug

Does anyone have any recommendations for an easy pattern for a granny square cardigan. I want to make one for my friends DD who is 3 so a child’s one please?
