Anyone fancy a card challenge?

I am in chaos here with the extension going on . I have moved my stash to it's new home but it is in complete turmoil!!!!
I have been trying to keep afloat in the school hols but my crafting has taken a nose dive.
I am attempt to "be prepared" does anyone fancy joining me in a weekly challenge for Xmas cards and maybe even a few pressies?

Dior, if someone sent me a card like that for chrimbo I would treasure it forever and actually probably turn it into something else that would make DH roll his eyes in a 'here we go again, monkey's got the bloody sewing kit out' type of fashion
Whizzz I am clearly Auntie Hilda , I think the cab is rather lovely and made me gasp a little (the purple ness of it cetainly helps, I am a sucker for purple - it looks a bit like a blackcurrant locket cough sweet thing!), and I think you should stick a brooch pin on the back, or make it the centre of a big felty and fabric flower corsage thing that is totally over the top and has people go 'oooh, what is that weird thing she's made now?' when you go to school.
I have been totally useless this week and not taken any pics. Although I did make 2 bunnies for one of DD's friends at school (by request) and have made DS a dinosaur. That I will take pics of in a bit, prob tomorrow actually coz it's a bit dark now.

Dior, that is one of my faves too - I always had to put on a silly voice for DD when I read it! Sadly she is 8 now and too grown up for mummy doing the witch voice, but she has started reading it to DS and he thinks it's hilarious too!

I've finished all my Christmas cards and have addressed the envelopes. Bit miffed as a stamp I was expecting and the new Blonde mOments papers didn't get here before the postal strike so I have to wait eons now

I have now finished you die cuts and the last of the little reindeer have been stuck together. BUT now I need to make up a few little extras...and get your addy!!!! (I have PMd you on JB!)

I will try to load my piccie software tomorrow and load a few cards. Perhaps, I can even set myself some new targets this Tuesday!

I am. I need this to sort me out!!!!
I haven't been very organised the past week (because of DS's b.day) but this week I will make:
1 x lilac and pink horse
3 x dinosaurs (yep, it's a new thing...I'll put a pic on my blog tomorrow)

Also, I will:

try and get my Halloween entry for an etsy thing done and at least start doing an order for 3 pink and green horses (that I keep saying I'll do and not getting round to it!)

Great. I'll be around tomorrow with my aims for this week!

I have cut out 3 horses ready to put together and will post on blog when finished. Here they are rather flat and sad at the mo poor things

haven't come up with a list or tidied sewing room yet. lay down on our bed after dc's were sorted last night and fell asleep

LOL....whip, crack, whip!!

Had a nightmare of a day and given half a chance I could just sit down a cry my eyes out. The house is a complete shambles everywhere I turn. We have had plumbers here today and our internet connection is right where they were working so yet again, I have been offline for most of the day.

This afternoon we got home from a very soggy school run, kiddies got dry clothes on, organised milk and snack and agreed they could sit on floor in front of TV (seeing as the kitchen/dining rooms were absolute chaos and still had workmen wandering in and out.) Turned on the TV and "pOOf!!!" that was it.

So say no more I haven't really had much chance for crafting today!!!

However- I do need to make;

2 Birthday club cards for October
DD's 6th Birthday card
Dad's birthday card
Try to make at least 2 Xmas card toppers!!!

Have electicians back tomorrow ( I hope) problem is that I cannot get my craft room organised as all the floorboards need to come up for them to connect up the supply to the extension!! I just feel so trapped, so frustrated, so much to do but unable to get on with any of it!!

Ouch, Dingle, that hurt!!!! I have put a pic of the dinosaur I made for DS last week on my blog. I have a craft fair this weekend and am having a proper panic that I won't have enough stuff. It's my nephew's birthday tomorrow so I have to go out for lunch with the family, when I really want to sit at home and sew (methinks I need to get a grip!)
However, I have been a busy girl today (although I have been out for most of it) and managed 2 dinos. I have to go and get some felt to make a lilac horse for rantinghousewife (thank you RH - mwah!) because the felt I have ordered won't be here for ages thanks to the postal strikes (so predicts the local post office man). Tomorrow I will do another dino, it is cut out and ready to go. ANd then I will start the lilac horse. DH is out all evening tomorrow so I will drug the kiddywinks and put them to bed at 5pm, ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

finally got my sewing room tidied, desk now clear all the crumbs fabric has been put away. have just blogged whizzz's picture of bella & bella, here

was planning on getting so much done tonight but was de-lousing dd until 8.15 , she was nit free yesterday, tonight, has a great big one roaming around, someone in her class is not being wet combed regularly. and ds has been coughing all evening. he was already in bed when dd's visitor was spotted, dh had to check ds's hair in the dark using a torch

I've managed to finish two of my three horses but won't post them until I've finished the third.

But, I have managed to do some greeting cards today. They are here on my blog. We've had a lovely making day today and just off to the pub for tea with friends. A nice treat ...

TB - those cards are really lovely, I bet it was a pain to cut round the leaves - you have more patience than me, lol! DD looks very cute (I miss my DD being that age!)

ooo gingermonkey!! I soooo need a dino for ds3 ... he loves dino's.... right i wanted to place order when bubble(dc4) is born so i know what colour to have and now you've added yummy dino's and maybe birds too.

btw, why cant you enter the comp? your stuff's fab.

I have soo many crafty stuff to do but need to do house blitz for bubble's arrival so my challenge for this week will be to sort out my craft stash

I finished my 3 new dinos today...but am trying to decide whether I prefer them with or without teeth (I say without, DH says with - we will argue about it for another day and then I will post pics!). I have started a bird too, and it is making me laugh quite a bit (you know Bird from Bob the Builder? It has a tuft on it's head just like that, but made of ribbons). I suppose it's quite sad when you are amused by a felt bird I think I need to get out more, lol! And I am (right now!) doing 2 different pink and lilac horses because I can't decide which pink I prefer...I'll finish one of them tomorrow night when I have decided (they need eyes and ribbons first before I can decide!)
