Hope everyone else is doing as well as possible in all respective circumstances. Nearly the weekend 😊

Treaclepie19 · 14/02/2020 08:43

Hope you're okay @ShootingStar2020

My nausea has really ramped up, coinciding with half term 🙈 Not sure how I'm going to entertain a 4yo when I can't move from the sofa 😂

BooMamaBear · 14/02/2020 14:43

Have far Ali g are you @Treaclepie19 - got a shooting pain in my boobs this morning this could be my symptoms starting (kinda hoping so coz I still have to re-test on Sunday to make sure the blood wasn't anything bad!!£ xx

Treaclepie19 · 14/02/2020 16:31

I'm 6+5 today @BooMamaBear.
Fingers crossed for you 🤞

I've just demolished a McDonalds. It was so needed.

ShootingStar2020 · 14/02/2020 17:05

Thanks @Mangoandbroccoli and @Treaclepie19. Just waiting for AF. Lower back ache so it’s not far away! Going to self medicate with fizz 🥂🤣 the McDonald’s clearly hit the spot!!

Happy Valentine’s Day lovelies ❤️

BooMamaBear · 14/02/2020 17:19

Oops just realised my post says Ali G no idea why?!!!

Treaclepie19 · 14/02/2020 18:41

Happy Valentines Day Smile

Haha it did. I had an hours nap after Blush

Haha no worries @BooMamaBear. I realised what you meant Smile

BooMamaBear · 14/02/2020 20:39

Happy Valentines day all!
Coz my husband finished early I keep thinking it's Saturday today which means I could test tomorrow but its the day after tomorrow!! Doc said to wait til Sunday coz I've only got CB digital left he said even if I lost it the test may still detect enough HCG but it said 2-3 weeks last Saturday so if all is ok ia test a week and a day after should show 3+ weeks! I've got butterflies and am so impatient!! Xx

BooMamaBear · 15/02/2020 09:09

I feel really sick this morning 😢 xxx

Treaclepie19 · 15/02/2020 09:32

Same @BooMamaBear. Just sitting trying not to fall asleep as well.

BooMamaBear · 16/02/2020 07:52

I know what you mean I fell asleep at 2.30pm for bout half an hour!! I was at a kids party in the morning tho!! Xx

BooMamaBear · 16/02/2020 09:10

So relieved my test this morning said 3+ weeks doc said if bleeding means baby has gone then HCG might still register but weeks would be same or less it said 2-3 weeks last week so everything ok so far got midwife appt tomorrow xx

Treaclepie19 · 16/02/2020 10:39

Thats good news. Fingers crossed for you.

I feel so sick today. I've just been glued to the sofa. No clue how I'm going to manage half term this week. My poor 4yo will be bored stiff.

Mini12 · 16/02/2020 10:51

Hi all been trying to keep up with posts as much as possible (in between feeling tired and sick!) @MummyBearBoo hopefully that's a good sign! 🤞

@ShootingStar2020 still have fingers crossed for you too!

@treaclepie I feel our pain I've felt rotten for 4 weeks now but I've just realised this is the first day I've woken up not feeling sick!!!! I pray this is coming to an end now!!! I've been absolutely knackered and spent alot of yesterday in bed!! Even did I mini workout this morning so I hope this new "feeling normal" continues!! 🙏

BooMamaBear · 16/02/2020 11:02

Urghni feel so sick 😢 xx

Treaclepie19 · 16/02/2020 21:00

@Mini12 fingers crossed its easing for you now!!

I've worked out I can eat as long as I eat exactly what I fancy at the time... and I've eaten two ice lollies today which are just amazing.

Ruthsoph · 17/02/2020 07:58

Morning ladies so my period was due on Saturday and I did a test yesterday (wasn’t first wee of the day) can you see a line? I can but don’t k ow if I am imagining it - going to re test today
I lost my daughter at 18 weeks in my tummy I’m Nov and prior to her I had 2 miscarriages both at 7 weeks so I bunk I would be entitled to additional tests etc - has anyone had these ? What were they? I don’t want to get ahead of myself but just wondered - thanks xx

Mini12 · 17/02/2020 17:14

Hi @ruthsoph sorry for your losses but also congrats on this pregnancy!
When I found out i was pregnant I called the featal anomalies nurse and she was able to guide me through which tests were available on NHS and which were private. They offered me an early scan and that's just where I'm up to at the min but plan on playing for the NIPT also.

1stbabs · 17/02/2020 19:59

Hi all, was wondering if I could join?

My tfmr was in December. My baby girl was born at 19 weeks on 15th December due to spina bifida. We found out she was unwell at a private gender scan and then I spent a week in hospital before giving birth (due to medication not working), so it was all pretty traumatic. We don't have any living children.

Today we saw the consultant for a debrief and to talk about a future pregnancy, and have been told we can start trying from next month. We were told we can have several extra scans and support, so I've walked away feeling much more positive about ttc again!

We're going to start trying properly from next month, and I think having people to talk to who know exactly how this feels would be nice

Thanks for reading!

Ruthsoph · 17/02/2020 20:34

@Mini12 I did text the midwife that supported me on my last loss and have asked her who I need to speak to etc - so hopefully tomorrow I will hear something back - I had the NIBP and it came back
1:10000 and I was that 1 person so I am not sure I would have it again but only due to my past experience

@1stbabsso sorry to hear about your daughter xxx

ShootingStar2020 · 18/02/2020 16:40

@Ruthsoph and @1stbabs - hello to you ladies. I was so sad when I read both of your posts. We all have a story to share here and can offer support. Big fingers crossed for both of you on your respective journeys.

@Treaclepie19, @Mini12 and @BooMamaBear - between sickness bouts I hope you can get some respite whether that is Mc Donald’s or a nap! Xxx

Treaclepie19 · 18/02/2020 18:34

I'm so sorry for your losses ladies and welcome to the group.

Thanks @Shootingstar2020. I'm feeling very grumpy tonight. No clue what to eat and I'm tired and fed up. Half term isn't going well between me feeling nauseous and my 4yo having a cold 🙈

Mangoandbroccoli · 18/02/2020 18:59

Welcome, @Ruthsoph and @1stbabs, but of course so sorry that you both find yourselves here. I hope we can at least offer understanding and support.

How are you doing @ShootingStar2020?
