Apparently we are not going to be able to wear England shirts or fly England flags soon for fear of being 'offensive'.

I for one am offended by this.

You're a gullible idiot!

Hope that helps.

toccatanfudge · 22/05/2010 19:43

that is completely untrue

ABatInBunkFive · 22/05/2010 19:44

Nor will you be able to drink tea or coffee, fish suppers will also be against the law. There will be pink snow, purple rain and pigs will fly. HTH

Amapoleon · 22/05/2010 19:44

Hahaha bruxer like your style.

Not only gullible but a bit out of date with the urban myth!

CymbidiumHybrid · 22/05/2010 19:45

Thanks bruxeur.

I do hope it is untrue because I will still wear the shirt, and fly the flag.

Methinks someone is looking for an argument.

biddysmama · 22/05/2010 19:46

what a massive pile of crap... what exactly would the police charge you with?

BitOfFunInTheQuattro · 22/05/2010 19:46

Do you normally wear England shirts then? I recommend you visit Style And Beauty for suggestions for a snazzier wardrobe

flowerybeanbag · 22/05/2010 19:46

Says who?

Cogitoergosum · 22/05/2010 19:46

I have heard that you will not actually be allowed to be English and if found being it (identifiable by drinking tea, talking endlessly about the weather and getting burnt within 5 minutes on the first sunny day) you will be asked to leave.

Fact.

CymbidiumHybrid · 22/05/2010 19:47

I am NOT looking for an argument and NOR do i need to see the style police, I only wear them when needs be.

ABatInBunkFive · 22/05/2010 19:47

'what exactly would the police charge you with?'

Crimes against taste?

bruxeur · 22/05/2010 19:47

You know what offends me?

Mouth-breathing, kissball supporting, Facebook-is-the-only-thing-I-read rank stupidity.

peppapighastakenovermylife · 22/05/2010 19:48

Saying that, being Welsh, I would welcome it

biddysmama · 22/05/2010 19:48

CymbidiumHybrid · 22/05/2010 19:49

I've heard it from a couple of people, but, I don't read newspapers or watch the news, so I have no idea as to whether this is true or not.

OP posts:
nickytwotimes · 22/05/2010 19:49

Um, do you believe everything you read, OP?

i mean ffs...

Goodness, are there times when I need to wear an england shirt?

Why did no-one tell me?

nickytwotimes · 22/05/2010 19:49

Sorry, x-post, 'heard it from a couple of people' did you? Ah, well, it must be true then...

bruxeur · 22/05/2010 19:49

Oh lol.
