DH has let it slip that my dad has bought me a SLANKET for christmas (check out lakeland catalogue....)

Now, Im not the ungrateful type - everyone who knows me will know that, but I cant help but feel its a bit of a rubbish present, especially from my dad who usually chooses so well!

Past presents from my dad have included Spa Day vouchers, DVDs and CDs I want and a digital camera, so I know he is capable.

I feel like a right bitch for being a little pissed off about it, but DH just keeps saying I will probably love it when we move to the Scottish Highlands after christmas..... but its a naff present isnt it?!

ROFL my friend and I were ROFLing about these a few months ago!
Hilarious!
Good idea for bf though. Quick, stealthpolarbear! Patent that idea. Cut another hole in the front of one you buy and remarket it as a nursing slanket

Not for walking in! HA!
They should write: Not for leaving your house in. that is too funny. I will admit they look comfy!!!

I suppose you could get a belt to put round and lift it off the ground so you could go shopping wearing it with your slippers. If I got one I'd wear nothing else all weekend!

Actually I'm thinking it would be the perfect thing to wear to watch ds play rugby at the weekends.
