...........I cannot keep up.

active convos are whizzing ppast so quickly I am missing if someone comes on a thread I have started/replied on until ages after, and then I fear people think I am being rude if I don;t reply/respond.

MN is fab, really it is, but when I come here for some light relief/downtime/soothing-like-minded-chat, I want to feel as tho I am contributing to it, or even > being acknowledged as a decent member.

and on a friday, it all moves so damn fast, it feels as tho I am swimming (well, fighting more like) against the current.

Anyone still here? I missed lots. Had lots of wine. Supposed to be girl time but DP stayed (friend was originally his friend anyway) - good to see that we are not one of those couples who exclude other people, had a very nice time despite the potential 'third wheel' situation.

TrillianAstra · 23/05/2009 01:13

You lot do moan don't you? This BFing thing... Actually this 'having children' thing... it sounds like hard work. I would moan too.

In the far far future I will meet you. Maybe. But I do not have room for psycho's 5 children yet. Not even if you lined them all up on 'flatables.

Drunken nightime for all who deserve them.

TrinityIsLovingHerLittleRhino · 23/05/2009 08:23

awww we got hugs
thanks trillian
yes tis hard work but wouldn't change it for the world

actually its fucking hard work lol

but still woudln't change it

I'm panicking now that psycho is gonna run a mile when she sees my skanky house

psychomum5 · 23/05/2009 09:16

trillian, tis hard, but nothing I would change.

and also, tis not like someone came along and handed me this life with the five monsters small people and left me to get on with it...............it all evolved over time from that two blue lines.

see, there is a tip, do not pee on anything that then changes into two blue lines.......clearly my downfall!!!

trinity, I am coming to visit you, not the house

((altho DH is fretting and trying to put foots down))

TrinityIsLovingHerLittleRhino · 23/05/2009 09:25

well I have driven from here to my parents last year with all three children so gecko was young and dd2 was 3

its 450 miles door to door

you'll be fine

psychomum5 · 23/05/2009 09:35

you know, it is not the driving so far that is the worry, tis the impact on my body after as I am so tight after my back and neck hurts.

he pointed out that 'just' going to southampton gets to me, but what I have only just thought of while typing (so will tell him later once he is home), is that the southampton tightness and stress are also connected to the fact that it is hospital appointments I am going for (which makes me stressed and tense anyway).

or I go for xmas shopping, and that is hell in any way, shape or form!!
