SM, it's like a heavily abridged FB, just a status update thingy really. You go on and say "ooh, I've just had a lemon puff, haven't had one in ages" then ten minutes later you can update everyone "oh dear, seem to have eaten the whole packet " while the world hangs on the edge of their collective seats (not)

really? I hesistate to use the words 'how fucking sad', due to the fact I spend 18 hours a day on the internet talking to hairy truckers, but still......

Fads are getting shorter and shorter aren't they? The blogging thing went on for quite a while, the social networking thing was a little shorter, Twitter's life span is about three months I predict.

That's about the most exciting thing I could post today SM, and let's face it, if you're out there actually having an exciting life what on earth are you doing on a computer updating the world about it?

My friend who lives in Mexico and works as a diving instructor and underwater cameraman updates his FB about once a month cos he's actually having a great time.

Everyone got so worked up when SF got stuck in a lift and posted on Twitter that he was stuck. I'm not sure what aspect of his life is too mundane for him to post about, not much I suspect.

oooh I like Twitter. Although got carried away at first following too many people and it became a bit of an incoherent noise.

Facebook is too much GUFF though whereas Twitter is short and sweet, I like it!
