I was amazed when Phillip Scofield asked her if there was somethng wrong with her as she was slurring her words. I was imagining what his producer was screeching down his ear piece and feeling sorry for him being put on the spot like that. And actually felt sorry for KK too - a bit.

It was riviting tv.....

She sounded and appeared drunk to me, probably combined with her medication (very silly), but I am about 99% sure she was not on coke. Speaking from past experience that is not how you act when on coke.

I feel sorry for her. She is surrounded by people who just want to use her and she is not, lets face it, very bright. I feel sorry for her kids. She appears incapable of bringing them up properly, due to her own horrible upbringing and their father just pops up occasionally slagging their mother off but makes no real effort to alleviate the situation. It is tragic.

Apparently she was due on at 10.30 and only arrived at the studios at 10.25, so was only seen by junior staff members before the interview.

Nevermind the This Morning production team, didn't her husband think to get her out of their before she made a huge tit of herself? Perhaps he enjoys the fact that she is losing the plot and is therefore dependent on him

I wondered at first if she was sluring because she'd had some facial cosmetic surgery but it doesn't look like she has.

I do feel sorry for her.
She has mental health problems and that alone is awful to live with.

Think Fern's looks have suffered as a result of the weight loss, now there is no fat to plump out wrinkles and jowls.

Heard it said that once you get to 50 you choose nice face or hot body, both is impossible without cosmetic enhancement.

I'm 40 and I've had to choose - fat arse or nice tits. Last time I lost a stone my tits disappeared and I was gutted.

Put all the weight back on and abracadabra, tits reappeared.

Um, have only read OP.

I've been on anti-psychotic medication and it did have the effect on me of speech slurring and feeling very odd and not with it. So it is possible.

I think KK gets a raw deal personally. She seems to be such a hate figure.

she is obviously affected by something and she did mention chlopromazine which does have a sedating effect.
