dp is gay enough

SheikYerbouti · 30/09/2008 18:42

Mine too hatrick.

I have told DP about this trhread - he said he couldn't give a fuck.

He laso wante me to mention the fact that he got me pregnant whilst I was on the pill. Twice.

He said that makes him more virile than all of your driving men.

georgimama · 30/09/2008 18:42

Sheik, I think the bloke with the glove is sinister, I'd rather shag Mr Muscle to be honest.

lollll@Sheik

DoubleBluff · 30/09/2008 18:43

I dumped my ex when he failed his driving test.
It was teh final straw of patheticness.

Janos · 30/09/2008 18:44

In answer to O/P - nope, couldn't give a toss.#

My XP was a great driver, not a very nice person,

DP can't drive and he's plenty man enough for me

MrsMattie · 30/09/2008 18:45

Oooooh, that's incredibly ^harsh^@DoubleBluff!

GodzillasBumcheek · 30/09/2008 18:45

Just in answer to the OP, neither i nor DH can drive. Nor do we ever want to thanks.

DH is great with the kids, cooks, cleans, lifts heavy items which other men quail at (ie refridgerators, large wardrobes, etc) single handedly, does DIY, does the gardening, yadda yadda yadda.

And he is very sexy and an excellent lover (was going to say excellent shag but couldn't bring myself to type that)...so you are dead wrong. SO THERE.

BriocheDoree · 30/09/2008 18:45

My DH is 6'2", size 47 feet.
But no, he doesn't drive.
Means I get to use the car during the day.
Anyway, he measures up in every other department so who cares about the car. There's nothing particularly sexy about my Renault Scenic anyway so I don't have any hankering about seeing him behind the wheel!

I drive like a bloke apparently, so I make up for the drivishingness in our elationship

Still pisses me off that I have to drive everywhere

Actually I must tell you about Thicky Vicky from work. She asked me the other week if Iwas doing owt at the weekend and I said "Yes, going to Birmingham" Are you driving" she said. "Yes" Said I. "On the motorway? But that's a man's job"

And thus the cause of feminism regressed by 30 years

LuLuMacGloo · 30/09/2008 18:50

Agree with UQD. If you need to see your bloke with a gear stick in his hand in order to find him attractive then you need to look at your relationship.

Neither of us drive - nor want to, nor need to. Live in a city, use buses, trains, cabs. Don't pay road tax, petrol, parking permits, insurance, blah, blah, blah.

Laughing all the way to bed.

MrsMattie · 30/09/2008 18:52

But what do you mean your DH 'doesn't drive'. Why? Why can't he drive? Why? I am genuinely interested.

NotCod · 30/09/2008 18:54

no thats not the ONLY thing but if soem crap male cant drive( for me a life skill) id think " ew you weedy man why woudl you deliberately opt out of exploring and being in charge of where you go to when"

i think those who dont drive are acutally depserate TO dirve just cant

OP posts:
onebatmother · 30/09/2008 18:54

I don't think it's that I need to see dp with a gearstick in his hand...

More that if he holds it between thumb and peter-pointer, whilst cocking his pinky, I'd be anxious.

NotCod · 30/09/2008 18:55

iehter

  1. you are unadvernturous

MrsMattie · 30/09/2008 18:55

I agree@Cod. They are bottle jobs! Who doesn't want to be able to drive? FGS, it's pathetic!

LuLuMacGloo · 30/09/2008 18:56

MrsMattie - he just doesn't drive. We don't have a car. We live slap bang in the middle of Edinburgh - to try and park a car around here would be lunacy. If we lived in the middle of nowhere then obviously we'd have to have a rethink.

onebatmother · 30/09/2008 18:56

I didn't drive for 22 possible driving years and the only reason, after 3 non-earning ones, was because I was shitting myself.

NotCod · 30/09/2008 18:57

me to man

"you cna get yourself where you want to go to"

man" oh no not me i want to have to rely on others"

i mena!! laughable!

NotCod · 30/09/2008 18:58
