I have been posting on here for a year or so on and off, but I have never really felt welcome.

No one ever responds to what I write, in fact I have sometimes felt actively ignored.

Now obviously that could be cos I write a load of crap that interests no one

Or it could be that very early on, before I realised how careful you had to be, I had an argument with someone who, it turned out, was a mumsnet superstar.

Am I being paranoid, or do people get unofficialy blacklisted!!

I have, on occasion, seen eyelid fluttering at known male posters......... Ironically, twas one of those posters who are the first to shout "all men are bastards/arseholes/insert-insulting-name-of-choice".

The other thing I get is I speak and everyone talks over me, or ignores me completly. Get that at home too!

On the whole I dont remember who I have fallen out with and who I have had a joke with....just as bad with names/faces in RL. I do think the people who are remembered are the most prolific posters - hopefully you have a real life too

Sometimes I think "ohhh she is horrible, obviously a complete nutter, I must make sure I avoid her" then cant remember who it was a few days later

Ive been here years under a few name but I can still count the people I am friendly with and think of as real people on the fingers on one hand.

I can't comment on whether there is a club as such but I do think that sometimes it's not as supportive as you would like. It seems that posts that are contraversal and meaty always get answered.

I have found just lately that I don't get very much in the way of answers or support.
