I have been posting on here for a year or so on and off, but I have never really felt welcome.

No one ever responds to what I write, in fact I have sometimes felt actively ignored.

Now obviously that could be cos I write a load of crap that interests no one

Or it could be that very early on, before I realised how careful you had to be, I had an argument with someone who, it turned out, was a mumsnet superstar.

Am I being paranoid, or do people get unofficialy blacklisted!!

This thread is massive so could not read any all posts. To the OP I've never seen you before as we may move in different circles. Its about a year since I started posting, under a different name originally which was crap so changed it it this one. Only namechange when embarrased but change back.

Some posters know each other personally, through MNet and in RL. Often relatives/established friends who look out for each others posts so often it can feel like a club. Hope you don't feel intimidated by this and just post on anything you feel you have an affinity with and something to say. That's what I try to do. I don't know anyone on here. No-one knows me and I'm sure there are lots of others like us on here. Still love it though and wish it existed when mine was little. Nice that there are a few veteran mums like me here.
