I know plenty of Scots agree with me.

I'm half Scottish (dad) so always support both. In the past I'd probably want Scotland to win if it was them against England to be honest. Although now because of the Argentina support I'm going off supporting Scotland.

I desperately want England to win this one more than against any other team.

The City props up the rest of the UK, so you might shoot yourselves there.
The North Sea is UK waters, not Scottish waters, so that might not work out so well either.

Off the North Coast of England we have the biggest wind farm. We also have a huge nuclear energy plant nearly completed.

Presumably they must catch up by the end of secondary school, given the apex of the Scottish school system is advanced highers, which are more difficult than A levels?

A levels are far more challenging, so I don’t know why you are trying to convince yourself that they are not.
That is why Scottish students need an extra year at university, as A levels cover some of your degrees.
And no, they rarely catch up because they are not used to our system and the depth of knowledge required to get top grades.But they can resit exams at college and still get on the career pathway.
