To think Nigel Farage should be locked up?

He was inciting violence with his “address to the nation” speech, calling for rage.

Meanwhile, he doesn’t care when women are actually murdered by the police

Surely enough is enough and they need to take action?

Nigel Farage MP (@Nigel_Farage) on X

We must not allow the tragic murder of a young woman turn into attacks on men and attacks on the police.

I'm not offended on anyone's behalf and my hobby is gardening.

As I say, it takes moments to use the advanced search button to prove someone exists on here purely with one aim. That doesn't need to be gotcha related.

They have an opinion as you do.

HenriettaHenhouse · 04/06/2026 14:59

LuckyHazelFox · 04/06/2026 14:57

No but then I'm not offended by it because I'm not Carol Vorderman. Are you?

Do try to get past your offended schtick, it's not relevant. It's about the candidate's calibre and morals.

Do you rate a candidate who approves a comment about licking a woman's anus?

WitchesCauldron · 04/06/2026 15:00

OneTealShaker · 04/06/2026 07:43

Lock him up, lol.

He’s right. And the far left, race baiters don’t like it.

Get used to it. Gaslighting and constantly calling people with reasonable concerns racists got you here.

So anyone that doesn't agree with Farage is far left. What nonsense. He is a nasty divisive racist slimeball. No surprise that Reform voters number amongst the least educated.

Great, I love gardening as well. I'm a human being like you, not a bot because I think differently to you. You're not a moderator so I'm not sure why you think it's OK to try and prove some point.

😆 🤣 😂 😹 you really believe every politician is squeaky clean if they are on your side of the fence. Centrist my eye. Enjoy the Con Reform next government because you're nicely helping it along.

As I say, that’s the calibre of person you’re supporting.

There’s a huge spectrum from deeply unpleasant (Farage, Trump and Kenyon) to squeaky clean.

I won’t enjoy it in the slightest but then I believe I deserve equal rights as a woman, I’m not racist and I believe you should have some experience to be a PM, not someone who rarely attends his constituency and had one of the worst attendances as an MEP despite claiming the most expenses.

Of course you don’t think I could be centrist as you don’t believe it exists.

We're all here to discuss and prove our point aren't we?

The working class have had wage suppression imposed on them by mass immigration, hosuing shortages through mass immigration, their daughters raped by immigrant grooming gangs but "their betters" say they must not "rage" about any of this? And they must be locked up if they do dare to speak out. Oh and remember taht only Black Lives Matter, you're racist if you say that in fact equality and all lives should matter. That is the mad world we live in.

Just so you know, those things you mentioned - wage suppression, housing shortages etc - they’re not caused by mass immigration.

They are a symptom - like mass immigration - of corporate greed / turbo-capitalism / politicians lining their own pockets.

And Farage, the political puppet of the oligarchs, is exactly the guy who wants to do more of that. That’s why Reform exists.

And just like in the US and with Brexit many of his fans further down the line will whinge that they didn’t realise what they were voting for…

Really?
He seems to have gathered even more support since then 🤷‍♀️

You probably do too unless you change political support very often. @LuckyHazelFoxis just posting her opinion as everyone else is. No need to A/S.

Grok seems to think this is a bigger issue - the rioters were;

Mostly French citizens of North African and Sub-Saharan African immigrant origin from the banlieues...
Integration failures and weak enforcement are the core issue.

Presumably that is why your BBC link has a quote from Marine Le Pen.

Yes, thanks. I just wanted to show that when emotions run high, even when your team has gloriously won again, then riots can develop. Farage wanted to accentuate and flag-up a rightly held emotion and use if for the wrong actions.

I know perfectly well political centrism exists. I also know many posters are shit scared to say they support Reform because of pile ons. That is a very worrying state of affairs because democracy applies across the political spectrum. I've yet to see a centrist not get it in quickly enough they don't like Farage.

LuckyHazelFox · 04/06/2026 14:26

As is your BS that you're not on the left. It's only that political persuasion who lose it over Farage.

Not so. The Tories can't stand him and nor can Rupert Lowe.

LuckyHazelFox · 04/06/2026 14:57

You don’t have to be offended by something to find it unpleasant and that it speaks to your opinion about half of your prospective constituents. And the fact that Farage endorses him suggests he shares that opinion.

It’s not. No one changes political allegiance over posts, unless they suddenly get too pissed off with Starmer for example, but mostly people post consistently. The pp is no different. She has an opinion like anyone else.

Well I suppose anyone who poses a threat to one's own entry to power would feel like that. Burnham and Streeting being prize examples of the typical behavioural patterns of power hungry MPs.

It's been done to death because it's factual. You can see all the mouth breathers whenever Tommy Robinson organises a march.
