To think Nigel Farage should be locked up?

He was inciting violence with his “address to the nation” speech, calling for rage.

Meanwhile, he doesn’t care when women are actually murdered by the police

Surely enough is enough and they need to take action?

Nigel Farage MP (@Nigel_Farage) on X

We must not allow the tragic murder of a young woman turn into attacks on men and attacks on the police.

Saying oh well I don’t like this so it excuses me to do is not a justification whatsoever for behaviours that were shown. Ask more of yourself.

Some bastard hurt a police dog.
Some people had bricks through their windows
Some people had their gardens demolished so they could throw bricks.

And I bet a lot of people living in the road where it all got violent were bloody frightened, too, even if they weren't directly affected.

I know I would have been. I can imagine a child might have been quite traumatised by all that going on outside their house.

'Address to the nation' what an absolute tool this man is. He isn't a Monarch and he has a handful of MPs. Total menace

soddingspiderseason · 04/06/2026 12:19

The mask has slipped and he is absolutely vile. But his supporters don’t care.

The training / guidance is now under urgent review so those who use it do think it should be assessed.

I wonder if they’ll also review the effectiveness of the annual Personal Safety Training.

Rosecoffeecup · 04/06/2026 11:34

Is there a source for that, other than some cranks on twitter?

Next you'll be telling us that the father was a genocidal warlord too

Edited

No, I think his son being a deranged, machete obsessed murderer is quite enough, don't you?

FlyingWithBingoWings · 04/06/2026 08:44

Are you angry that Starmer and Raynor took the knee over the murder of a black criminal and neither did this or yesterday, called for a minute's silence over the murder of a white teenager?

Well, I am and so are millions of others.

Farage addresses this and that is why Reform UK are now the opposition in this country, despite being hampered every step of the way by the establishment and useful idiots.

Go Nigel! He is the face of right wing politics-not far right- and he has lit a fire under the far left.

🤣🤣. The man is a grifting, trump wannabe that appeals to the same type

Are we having a minutes silence for every stabbing murder?

This was a terrible, terrible incident but why now?

JustSawJohnny · 04/06/2026 12:31

His shameless Trump 2.0 act is just embarrassing.

He's taking cash from here there and everywhere in the hopes of turning us into little America - abortion lobby, pharmaceutical companies, Christian groups etc.

Next he'll be calling for us all to have the right to bare arms.

Absolute CUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNT.

Righto, you've made it up then

hattie43 · 04/06/2026 12:33

Starmer is more dangerous . He inclination to say nothing do nothing of any meaning except platitudes is not cooling the fire . This country has never been so divided and I think anarchy is a possibility .

About Starmer defending his parents? Yeah, if I'm wrong, I accept that. Their son's still an evil, deranged monster, though.

Idk what that is or if it’s problematic but I’m guessing they’ll look at the equality of outcome and treat people differently lines.

I warmly welcome the comments of the PM and the Leader of the Opposition, Kemi, for their measured responses. Both of these are prepared to put the work in to learn from this. Not so the often absent Farage.

It’s the annual training they receive that covers use of handcuffs. The consensus seems to be, as highlighted on the thread, that Henry should never have been handcuffed.

Did anyone, at any time, give any consideration to Floyd's victims who had to watch the ridiculous beatification of this low life crook unfolding around the world?

Good point

Sorry but why has this got anything to with George Floyd? Police brutality, especially for black people in America is a well known problem.

Did our police handle this properly, nope. I can’t even bear to watch the full video of poor Henry. But its not the same as what happened with George Floyd!

From watching the shift that is now taking place in culture and politics the only place NF will be locked up in is Number 10 Downing Street.

And the Tories and Labour only have themselves to blame ….

Ok that probably depends on whether the guidelines are the issue or the individual officers who didn’t follow them properly. That will likely come up in their specific investigation.

There is a police officer sat in jail following a trial for murder. He was convicted of murder. The autopsy report clearly doesn’t show what you think it does, or Chauvin would’ve appealed by now and won, no?

I strongly implore you to watch the documentary The Fall of Minneapolis. It’s available to watch on YouTube.

Chauvin was completely and utterly fucked over and thrown to the lions.

The very restraint he used, which the chief of police testified was not approved, was right there in their training manual (which the court refused to be admitted as evidence).

George Floyd had a significant amount of fentanyl (11ng/m - the coroner reported that he had previously reported fatal overdoses in individuals with levels as low as 3ng/m) and methamphetamine in his system, which he is believed to have ingested during his initial interaction with the first police officer on scene. He is shown on body cam footage putting something in his mouth and swallowing - which was the exact same thing he did during a previous arrest and almost overdosed.

He also had hypertension, coronary heart disease and an enlarged heart.

It should have been involuntary manslaughter at worst - this was no more than a bargaining chip to try to restore order after serious civil unrest.

Its not bullshit and while you're abiut it have a look at some of 2tierKiers other human rights work

I seem to be blocked from Farage's Twitter page. Odd, as I've never interacted with it before.

Again we’re back to be expected to believe that officers possibly followed one set of guidelines to the letter, while disregarding another set of guidelines.
