Are you concerned that Trump has totally lost his marbles?

Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran. There will be nothing like it!!! Open the Fuckin’ Strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in Hell - JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah. President DONALD J. TRUMP

Was term 1 this unhinged?

No, he was still constrained by his cabinet/Congress.

Ofcourse he recommended that people should inject themselves with bleach.

Yeah, nothing wrong with him. Totally normal, folks.

Is he actually calling for a genocide? Is that what's happening.

Looks like it.

Only "over a million"? Include the concentration camps, and the Russian/Ukrainian losses and all the civilians on both sides and it's a darn sight more than that. Call it something between 60 and 75 million and you'd be closer to the mark.

Not to do with the post I replied to, but can someone explain what relevance Biden having cancer and a speech impediment has to Trump being unhinged? To me, every mention of either previous presidents or other world leaders or the other American political party as being somehow to blame for Trump going mad seems like whataboutery. We might as well blame Mick Jagger and Taylor Swift while we are at it.

Whatever the reason for his having been elected, the question is whether he appears increasingly unhinged, not what other people in the public eye may be.

Edited

Trump supporters, in the US and overseas increasingly find it hard to defend what is his clearly becoming totally unhinged.

So as they cannot do that they simply derail and deflect the conversation onto something else.

That was stupid.

Nnnnin · 07/04/2026 15:09

That was stupid.

Yes it was but the warning signs were there.

He has now surrounded himself with yes men and sacked anyone with experience/knowledge who stood up against him.

A general was sacked only last week.

No, I think he's threatening one.

You know, I think I blame his cabinet officials and the Republican congress more than I blame him. He's insane. They have the power to stop him. And they won't.

No, he's not calling for it, he's threatening it.

Strangely, those posters who were telling us that Trump's war was widely supported by the Iranian people just a few short weeks ago seem to have disappeared.

OonaStubbs · 07/04/2026 17:59

Iran will back down.

Iran will back down.

And if they do that will give Trump the green light to do the exact same thing next time he feels like attacking a country. He’s not a fan of Starmer he is? Let’s hope he doesn’t decide we need “regime change”

Biden would never have posted what Trump just did, killing a whole civilization.

No, but you can"t fall down ( and also UP one time!) the stairs of the presidential plane when you land in other countries, you just can"t do that as "leader of the free world". It is very obvious why Trump got elected, not sure why people are trying to pretend it was some sort of crazy fluke or accident?

Mother of fuck.
This is pathetic now.
Pathetic.

I saw an Iranian woman on Sky news ( she lived in London and left Iran many years ago) saying that the bombing and some civilian deaths was a "necessary" cost to get freedom.

About what?
That the 'but biden ' is pathetic?
Completley.

Yup. That and his first election. I'm a dual citizen and I went to sleep the night (well, early morning) he was elected the first time, in an absolute state of despair about what was to come.

Oh I can imagine. Even as a uk citizen I was up in the night watching the votes both for his election and the EU exit. I couldn’t sleep. I don’t think my nervous system has settled since then! I’m so sorry for what he’s doing.

How?

Mintchocs · 07/04/2026 18:25

I think overnight tonight is going to be history making, and not in a good way. I am very concerned about how bad this will get.

What the hell are American senators doing right now, keeping quiet? Unless this is a situation where they remove Trump overnight from the presidency using US law (unlikely) they will all have blood on their hands. Keir Starmer needs to remove usage of UK bases by the US immediately too.

It isn"t pathetic, that is what people were subjected to and many had had enough, the other candidate was complicit ( along with the media ) in trying to downplay the health issues, absolutely no surprise that Trump won.

No it wont. All those schoolgirls killed, endless psycho threats, the leader killed, Allah insulted...Iran wont back down.

Too late for all that, Iran is going to do massive damage now, the U.S/Israel view will be that they need to be stopped from doing it.

I have dual nationality, so I get the pleasure of being horrified and disgusted by both 😅
