I’m sick of people who incorrectly believe (and say out loud) that you can’t get out of bed if you have flu, or if you can get out of bed, it’s not flu. Cold and flu are different viruses. Flu tends to be worse, but isn’t necessarily.

I also believe 90% of people who “can’t” get out of bed due to colds or flu are either weak or lying. If the house was on fire, you’d get out of bed.

They really are not. They are doctors (as my father was but not an Ob/Gyn) - they see patients as objects not as people when they are examining them. They are detached. Do you think it would be weird for a woman to specialise in genito/urinary medicine then (mostly focusing on men)?

Don't agree. Genito/urinary can be both sexes and is primarily STD related, gynae is women only. The way you described us as "objects" doesn't surprise me, but I don't believe it's true in all cases either, some doctors are empathetic and see a person. However, a man looking up a woman's fanjo all day is quite another weird issue for me!
