There are number of existing armed opposition groups in Iran. The problem is that their interests do not necessarily coincide & they dont trust each other.
So even if the existing murderous regime is killed and the military lay down their arms (which will almost surely lead to their own destruction) they will be a struggle between internal rival groups which may well lead to violence.

In addition even before the bombing inflation was at 40% (70% on food stuffs) and severe water shortages - reservoirs feeding Tehran at 11%.

As power/water/medical infrastructure are bombed or simply degrade then the humanitarian crisis (crises) rises. Which will lead to a refugee crises.
