Just seen that she’s keen charged and hope this is the shake up she needs to change the path she is on - but somehow I doubt it.

I hope this leads to her cleaning up and getting some real help.

I think it’s unrealistic to say she should get help. I would bet she is under consistent, long term medical care, however I would also guess that at this stage her metal health is too damaged for recovery to be realistic. She’s just going to be living with it as best she can, with ups and downs for the rest of her life. Despite the medical care. Having a medical team (or “help” ) isn’t a cure.

They would have taken her to the hospital for blood tests in order to run a drug screen.

Yes the medical conservatoire is still in place, she lives in effectively a nursing home with one patient, but it’s medical, due to the removal of her parents supervision she now has a lot more autonomy to do as she pleases, and this is the result. The medical care is something she didn’t ask to be removed, so I would assume she is aware enough she can’t make those decisions for herself.

I still think this is preferable to her dad paying himself 16k a month plus a % of the earnings he was forcing her to make, plus a load of money to "businesses" owned by family friends (and her bro in law). Sorry to take a dark turn on this thread.
But isn't there known to be a really dark scene going on in Hollywood? Which affects the biggest stars? I'm meaning really, really dark and disturbing. A ring, that young stars enter into by signing up to Hollywood and then can't escape from, and it traumatises and damages them. Stuff that goes on that us regular folk couldn't even begin to imagine, in our normal old lives.
I'm sure I've heard this over the years, and that it's all kept top secret. But I've never really tuned in properly to what I've heard. But I keep getting vibes that it's what's going on with Britney.
(By the way, I wouldn't believe anything about any diagnosis written on court papers. The ring that controls Hollywood stars has power and influence beyond what we could conceive.)

I have read that she recently fired her ‘sobriety’ coach and there have been 14 emergency 911 calls to her house in the last year or so.

She probably needs to be under some sort of lock and key for her own safety and those around her.
