So what do we think will happen to Andrew, could he actually go to prison?

I just don’t believe it could happen. Also I’d like him to go to prison for the sex offences, that seems more important than his sharing confidential information problem.

Theres nothing to arrest him for in respect of any of that.

Exactly! But it's clear from numerous posts on here today that a lot of people believe there is, lots of people stating things as fact that he hasn't even vaguely been accused of. It's a mess. I wonder if his lawyers are reading this now? There are so many really stupid, ill-informed posts that they could probably build a decent case of getting it thrown out on the grounds he could never get a fair trial.

I haven't heard that there's any evidence of him SA underage girls?
Is it a criminal offence to have sex with trafficked women? Is there evidence that he knew they were trafficked if do?

Trafficked women cannot consent. Sex with trafficked women is rape. Amazed you didn’t know that.

VG’s claim was that she was “forced to have sex with” him.

He settled on a claim of sexual assault.

Last I checked both rape and sexual assault are illegal. For any age.

The point is there is no current allegation

Allegation made (in the US), settled in the US

What report was made to UK police?

What are they going to arrest him for?

Didn’t VG claim she was forced into sex with him? Pretty sure that’s illegal.

Which sex offences?

Having sex with a victim of trafficking. It is a crime.

Amazed you are unaware of the years in which the laws changed...........🙄

🪓 Off with his head! Well, that’s what they did centuries ago under similar circumstances!

BMW6 · 19/02/2026 15:03

No. Seriously, I'd like you to tell me what sex offences he has committed.

Being a sleazy middle aged git isn't a criminal activity.

Come on......where have you been for years...victim shaming, shame on you

The only female that we supposedly know he had sex with was Virginia who was not underage.

Not saying he is innnocent but what about ALL the other men? Is he really supposed to pay for all their sins? Pretty sure a lot of them did far far far far worse than Andrew did.

I think she was under age of consent in the US, making it statutory rape.

A person can be prosecuted for sexual crimes abroad under British law .

ClairDeLaLune · 19/02/2026 17:54

Can a trafficked woman freely give consent? I think not. If she can’t, it’s rape.

The real point is that only became law in 2003, whereas the AMW’s encounter with VG happened in 2001. Sadly, the law can’t be applied retrospectively.

Unless the Epstein files reveal another incident which happened later, obviously.

Strngerthings · 19/02/2026 18:32

he will never ever be in prison or a cell.

Breadcat24 · 19/02/2026 18:33

He has done more to undo the monarchy than Oliver Cromwell

No.

DO NOT accuse me of victim shaming. Fuck Off.

I ask what criminal offence has he committed.

Not how creepy/sleazy/seedy/nasty - what specifically is his criminal acts?

Don't you bloody well dare accuse me of victim blaming. I seek LEGAL clarification.

As far as I can tell this is nothing more than a witch hunt. Some here would be thundering through the streets screaming "burn the beast" and setting fire to the offices of a Paediatrician.

Yes, it is.

Is there evidence that he knew they were trafficked if do

Doesn't need to be according to the legislation.

Edited

Good to see such legislation:

But don’t think this was in force at the relevant time? (2001ish)

In any event, are there any indications he paid to have sex with trafficked women?

IthinkIamAnAlien · 19/02/2026 17:18

Lots of things aren't illegal, that doesn't make any of them ok. In fact, those subjects are all about women being sold either with their notional 'consent' (arm behind the back, poverty, feeding the family) or because they've been sold the lie that they need a man to survive.

Very sleazyand immoral but you can't be arrested for it. They won't arrest AMW unless they can charge him with specific crimes. Hopefully they have all the evidence they need for for the charge they have him on.

He’s actually been arrested for misconduct in public office.

The former prince is alleged to have shared confidential documents with Epstein in 2010, who by that time was a convicted sex offender.

The email dates back to Andrew's time working as a trade envoy on behalf of the UK government.

My hope when they investigate this, it also uncovers his involvement in Epstein & trafficking etc.

TomatoSandwiches · 19/02/2026 18:39

I want his head on a spike outside the tower of London, anything less is offensive.

You're correct on this. Sleazy does not equal criminal.

So much ignorance on this thread. He's not been arrested for sex crimes.

What, why?

I have seen Prince Andrew, and can confirm I’d have to be forced.

Fraudornot · 19/02/2026 18:41

Do we think he is sitting in a cell as we speak?
