I might take dd to the cinema to see and then to Nando’s and to a bakery for a cupcake. Will need to find a flower shop to buy her one red rose

I hate that it’s on a Saturday, I really don’t wanna see young teens out on dates while I’m chronically single 😂

will you do anything? No judgement if not, it’s just me and dd so I like to do this stuff

plus, when someone’s son decides to take her out when she’s older, she won’t be thrilled by literally the bare minimum!!

edit to see either Gaby’s dolls house, zootropolis 2 or The Goat (kids cartoon) - not sure which 🤷‍♀️

A card, a little flower soft toy type thing each which I thought was a cute nod to Valentine’s Day and a chocolate lolly. I don’t really care if some people roll their eyes at things like this, I find it enjoyable to go above and beyond for the people I love.

@Hodgemollar Or be gullible and buy tat!

What’s tatty about a card, a consumable and a type of doll they already collect and play with?

Honestly people who go out of their way to judge other people they don’t know over one tiny comment are miserable weirdos.

I have bought them each a card since they were born so the would always have one, the oldest is 43 now. I did suggest it was time to stop a couple of years ago and there was a riot.

I don't do anything for Valentines day with husband or kids. However my youngest DCs made me a card at school which was lovely 😍
