Is Keir Starmer a misogynist?

Starmer seems endlessly surprised that anyone cares about girls being preyed on by grooming gangs, or women and girls being trafficked for sex by Epstein. He is the classic Lefty male for whom women's issues are always "jam tomorrow", who can't even bring himself to admit he knows what a woman even is, despite being married to one,the mother of his children.

Absolute bollocks.

Starmer resisted and sent his ministers - notably Jess Phillips - out to argue against. He caved in the end.

It is absolute bollocks. Labour never intended to have an inquiry, they were pressured into it.

@MandingoAteMyBaby it is not for me to put words in PP mouth but presumably she means survivors of rape. Responding "what suffering" to that is crass and awful, because it questions the victims' suffering.

Whether or not the govt did or did not do a good job with the inquiry, the victims still suffered. No inquiry will change that.

Anyhow not responding further as no point. I just wanted to challenge your dismissiveness in case any other survivors are reading this.

As you say, an inquiry will not change suffering.

So how is Starmer “insensitive” whether he has an inquiry or not (and he is) - given that as you say it does not change anyone’s suffering.
