Unpopular opinion (on mumsnet), women (bar a tiny exception) are not funny.

*I'd have said no women are funny but for Caroline Aherne and Kathy Burke, probably also throw in the woman who played Mrs. Doyle in Father Ted but she was 2nd, 3rd, no 4th fiddle to the funnier characters.

Yes it'd be like Wham touring now with some bloke playing the lead it's awful. Freddie be horrified I bet to see the tribute act they've become.

Is this an unpopular opinion? I can't say I have any opinion at all on whether men are attracted to trans women. People are attracted to who they're attracted to.

Do you think women feel threatened by trans women because they're more attractive than we are? Do you think that's what at the root of "Mumsnet's view on trans women"?

In actual fact most people, in comedy or otherwise, aren't funny. A sector absolutely dominated by men only producing a handful of funny people is a bit 😬

I have no problem at all with men being attracted to any other men at all, whether “trans women” or men who don’t identify as the opposite sex. I just don’t consider those men straight.

A large proportion of transgender people have serious mental health issues.

Audrey Hepburn was a terrible actress. She was fascinating and by all accounts - a lovely woman though.

Marilyn Monroe was a decent actress, but very overrated imo.

I would not blame a straight man for finding Paris Lees attractive. He/she/they whatever are stunning.

Taylor Swift (and her team of songwriters) is manufactured garbage with a weak voice.

From Freddie Mercury, on the piano on his own, composing Bohemian Rhapsody, which he would play live before the planet in the greatest gig ever, to Taylor bleedin Swift singing (badly) other people's songs to a pile of kids (accompanied by parents supervising them).

I don't know if this is an unpopular opinion in the real world but it seems to be in my line of work.....People need to just stfu about their personal difficulties and do their job without bringing their whole self to work. I don't care about your nodes Jessica.
