These threads start with unpopular opinions about mayonnaise and by about page 2 or 3 you get racism and opinions about disability benefit claimants all being liars and autism isn’t real. Every time.

Hmm, so that kind of content is fine to have on here because 'no one is forced to read it'. OK, then.

Imagine how long threads would be if everyone who didn't want to participate announced their intention to not take part.

My unpopular opinion is that people who say 'if you don't like a thread,don't read it' don't understand how the internet works.

I also hate (hate, hate, hate!!) salad cream.

When I was a kid there would often be a stealth tuna and salad cream sandwich at parties and I'd have to slink off to the loo to spit it out

My unpopular opinion is that Chanel Coco mademoiselle is the worst perfume ever made and I recoil in horror when I smell it on people. I love original Coco though and have a bottle

One of mine is that we should invest heavily in early years, so that those who care for children aged 0-3 should be highly qualified and earning on a par with psychologists. Or be psychologists. And be female.

Hm I'd be up for universal 5 star care for all 3 and under actually. But I think in general our biggest problem is spending everything on people who can or will never contribute and nothing on the people who will. Those who go out to hunt for the tribe should eat first X it's a wisdom as old as our species.
