ooh I tried Sea Pearls but I like the attitude of Jam Sponge! Might get some. I found using one Sea Pearl (a sponge just like jam sponge) was not enough... never thought to use two, d'oh!

And Sea Pearls say to dispose of after 3 months. Jam Sponges say they can be used longer.... I'm currently on Natracare tampons but would like to get back to sponges, and maybe if the bladder prolapse ever gets better I can back to my Mooncup
