Yes, based on this I view 10 months of the year as either "nearly my birthday" or "just been my birthday". The other 2 months are for Christmas.

In Korea you are 1 when you are born and you get a year older every new year, so a baby born on December 31st is 2 years old when they are 1 day old.

It’s my 60th this year (midway through), so I shall be celebrating it throughout the whole year! Started last month!
