Is it normal to like the smell of your own farts

I'm an adult . I don't find farts remotely funny. If that makes me not " very thrilling" I'm proud of the fact.

My dps were weirdly uptight about farts, which passed down to me and I was determined not to make farts weird for my dc...unfortunately this has resulted in them farting with gay abandon, cupcaking being the latest fad....

I find a bath fart to be the most satisfying, and bizarrely fragrant 🤷🏻‍♀️

I can’t stand bad smells and I get mortally offended when someone farts in my presence 🤢😂 especially the dog - her farts are absolutely howling!

I definitely once read someone saying that farts are like children - your own are surprisingly rather lovely and remind you of yourself. Other people's, however, are the pits 😂

Someone in my family (wasn't me I swear) dumped a partner because they farted in their car just after it had been valeted. It might have been a last straw kind of thing, but it was definitely the trigger for the break-up, so you are not alone.

Totally normally, I have about 10 different smells that I put into a smell hierarchy.

I think “like” is a bit much. But I would definitely say that other people’s smell worse to me.

Me too! I know when to pull back on certain foods when the Category A fart smell appears
