I think Hello would be pretty for a girl but not for a boy - depends on what middle name you go for.

Hello ends with an o so must be a boy's name....
I think 'Goodbye' is nice for a girl.

Nicknames are Hell and Good.

Goodbye is chavvy. I prefer Au Revoir, although it is getting a bit common - there are three Au Revoirs in my daughter's violin class (advanced violin class, that is. Perhaps it is less common among non-gifted children).

Well we did also consider Hasta La Vista, but I actually LOVE Au Revoir. I think it has the vibe we're looking for.

This thread has been derailed. Why don't people read the OP's updates?!

Because I think she's been banned.

Have you got a penis beaker in readiness for a Mexican house thief?

Just about to mention penis beaker.

Also kindly,

Can you do some ironing for extra money?

Shakeandvacuum · 15/11/2025 09:17

Why even start a thread about this on a public forum?
I’m not interested enough to comment

lostintranslation148 · 15/11/2025 09:38

OP in case you're wondering (you clearly are) people are posting all the things that get said on MN very regularly onto your thread.

It's not hate, it's just a joke that you wouldn't understand if you're new. .

Garamousalata · 15/11/2025 09:46

Not read TFT where can you buy naice ham these days?

Cosywintervibes · 15/11/2025 10:21

Just lean into your village op. Surely you have a village around you to help?

Shakeandvacuum · 15/11/2025 10:23

I don’t understand why you hate school drop offs. I’m really popular and have great chats with all my mum friends.

Neveranynamesleft · 15/11/2025 10:46

I dont like ham. Sharon...have you any wine left ??

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 15/11/2025 10:54

I don't eat ham , did I tell you I'm a Vegan . Not your fault , it's mine , I didn't tell you .

I'll have PomBears rather than gorge myself on the dead flesh of a sentient animal .

Neveranynamesleft · 15/11/2025 11:03

I could agree with you but then we'd both be wrong eh <Head Tilt >

Did my "Meat Is Murder" TShirt and my gladioli sticking out of my arse not give it away then ? A La Morrissey out of The Smiths ?

Gosh you live in such a tunnel vision view bubble of the world .
I;m embarassed for you !

Anyway , I;m not one to harp on about my views .Lets just assume I;m right .
(Haven;t got the fecking energy to argue anyway , what with my haemoglobin level being 0.2 or something )

My two year old has been on the rampage for days, smashing things to a pulp. Could he be ND?

Either that or he’s just a little shit 🤣🤣

Im gentle parenting so I say to him “that’s not very nice behaviour is it Jonquil. You really must be more aware of those around you and respect the fact that they might not find your exuberance welcome”

You could always re direct Jonquils energy . If he likes smashing things up say "Why don't you be a Big Boy and help Mummy to smash these avocados for your avo-on-sourbread-toast brunch "
He's probably hangry and annoyed that you;re giving him cutted up pear even if it's avocado pear .

My own DS - 311 month old Ptolomy was getting a bit handy with a butter knife so I got him to shuck his own oysters . Made him re direct his skills and extinguish his latent energy , and saved the fishmoger a job. Win Win.

That sounds utterly fabulous. Thing is, he’ll still be at it with the avocados gone midnight because he decides his own bedtime.
