His life is in danger from those who think he has something to tell. I don't think he has anything useful to tell because I doubt he met half the people he was accused of associating with, but they don't know that, do they? The few who were seriously linked with Andrew are most likely dead. Mostly, outside the royal family, his associates were older than him.
Suspicion is dark and ugly. It festers in the mind.
Two people have taken their own lives. No one is absolutely sure why they did that. Some believe Epstein didn't make that decision on his own. Why did the woman kill herself? What did she have to lose? Why couldn't she live with herself when she was so successful? Now people are goading Andrew to do the same. Why should he? Foolish he was not to check up on the age of consent in America. In Britain, the age of consent for hetero and homosexual sex only went down to 16 took effect in 2001, in Ireland in 2008. In America it was 18.
I know Ms Giuffre was trafficked by Epstein, that was and is a criminal offence for which he was punished. I don't believe she told Andrew she was underage the first time, because even he wasn't so stupid as to have repeated two or three times. She wanted to bring down a Prince and she did. I doubt for one moment he would even have thought of the age. It is what happens when someone in the royal family, gets into something he was never brought up to know.
The American senators have bayed for his blood. They are convinced that they could persuade him to give revelations about Epstein, a dead man, who cannot confirm what anyone says about him now.
It is a ridiculous request, but what they have done is make a lot of people cast even more suspicions on Andrew. To my mind, he has been pursued enough. Why the family of the late Ms Giuffre keep pursuing him is a mystery too, since she too is dead and cannot confirm or deny. All we know about them is that they succeeded in ''bringing down a British prince''.
Because of these unreasonable demands by people who profess to know little more than was in the court hearings of Epstein and Maxwell, Andrew's life is in danger.
Job offers can be well meaning and protective, or they can be his gateway to death.
