To be annoyed that DS has "gifted us" over 1000 toilet rolls

They arrived by lorry today. We did not know they were coming. Now our spare bedroom is full of them and there are loads in the kitchen and living room as well. He said he got them as "a good deal from work" and he thought we would want them. But he forgot to tell us about it.

One roll per day, so over 2.5 years worth?! That is ridiculous really!

I've seen my boys go through a 4 pack in less than 2 days, 1000 would maybe last us a year 🤦‍♀️🤣

whilst I am sure all those toilet rolls might be annoying I don't think it is anything other than actually really funny!

pass them on - to a charity / food bank or similar. Give ("gift" if you prefer) them to someone who will appreciate it

I did a quick google and Temu are doing 240 rolls for 12 quid. So thats about 60 quid. I wouldnt want my house cluttered for 60 quid

On the other hand a brand like Andrex would be around what you quote for about 1000 rolls.
