He always looks a bit like a fish out of water when he's over here - standing in slightly the wrong place, staring out into the middle distance when everyone else is chatting, talking nonsense when he's trying to be complimentary ( the weird bit in his speech about 'hoping it doesn't happen again' which folk laughed at uncomfortably but i think he meant he hoped presidents 'not coming back' wouldnt happen again !) (very confusing)

On the whole i recon he's polite but boring.
