The problem arises if there are large numbers of men in society who have come from cultures where women already seen as possessions, have no rights and are less than. If s culture doesn’t see child marriage as problematic importing that culture into the UK is very problematic.

The difference is the white rapist and paedophile is going against cultural norms, the attitude of some migrants to women and children as possessions is the cultural norms of where they have come from

Yes, we keep saying yes but we don’t think it will happen.

Asylum agreements with the EU will have a impact and this pilot scheme with France is a start.

Because most they will use human rights law to stay. In a nutshell. Also the agreement with France has a measly 10 months to run. Nearly over before it’s started.

As we learn 25,000 undocumented migrants have arrived by boat so far this year ie a medium sized town, it’s clear we need to get much more robust on this issue. We simply cannot sustain these numbers.

We need to remove ourself from the ECHR if that is causing an issue. We need to make the UK a much less appealing place to come.

1. arriving on the shores undocumented without a visa means never getting citizenship
2. we need accommodation away from society until we can verify who these people are and be sure their values align with British values and they are willing to fully integrate The time could be used to educate on British values, culture and language.
3. if the criteria on which they claim asylum changes then they should be deported. Eg if a man claims asylum on the basis he is gay snd subsequently marries or enters a relationship with a woman it as could be deemed he no longer needs to seek asylum.
