I watched last night (don’t ask me why) I wish I didn’t. Woke up feeling dirty. Pure greed is where her motivation comes from. ‘Bonnie’ aka Tia boasted throughout she is a multi millionaire, where she started making £50k/month and went up to £2m/month before OF shut her account down. Now she’s back to making £600k/month on her new site, selling her body. The men queing up for her 1000 men stunt were just arriving from the street, no one had vetted them and the ones who were on show looked far too old for her and frankly, disgusting in old tracksuit bottoms and huge beer bellies. I’m so concerned by the internet. The young women on the show were ‘Only Fans creators’ and were 18-21, seemed nervous, shy and about to film a porn scene with Bonnie, completely for free but by Bonnie tagging them they would be earning money through new subscribers. These young girls, like Bonnie were stating it’s better than sitting behind a desk.

AIBU to wake up feeling anxious, disgusted, concerned with the damage and short cut to money Only Fans is creating for young women.

I think in the doc it said they separated recently. But he's still around to, presumably, make some money by association. She lost her OF account because Visa didn't want to be associated with taking the payments for her "content".

What wasn't mentioned last night but was in the Times article was her talking about licking someone's piles. Maybe that aspect and reality check needs to be discussed with young kids thinking this is a worthwhile future.

It's interesting that she says 'it's better than sitting behind a desk'. I presume the only way its better is because it pays more? I'd prefer to sit behind a desk than have 1000 unwashed, pot bellied strangers have 'sex' with me. It all comes down to money, there's nothing 'empowering' about it. The money may be nice, but she, like Katie Price is now on a downward trajectory. Looks fade, someone younger and more extreme comes along, true friends are appalled by her behaviour, you only attract boyfriends who enjoy the money and notoriety. I for one cannot fathom why her mum is so in favour of this but then again its money isn't it?

something I noticed but hasn’t been mentioned yet is after the 1000 stunt, she was very ill with ‘flu’. She said it was “bad timing” as she wanted to be posting updates but was too ill. How can she and her team ignore the fact that she most probably caught the virus from one of the men… and spread it around to all who were after? That the one virus that caused symptoms might indicate 1000s of pathogens that didn’t? That using her physicality is having its effects? She stated that she wanted to push herself to the boundary to see how far she could go, but pays no thought to what that boundary might look like and how she might feel once she gets there. To me, this indicates wider denial and lack of self-worth

It's completely impossible. Not even a tiny percentage of that number is achievable. Think about it-She's flesh and blood!
She would have been seriously ill or incapacitated after several hundred, or even much less..and yes, I watched the previous porn record attempts and remember them clearly.
There were two separate women. One American and another from the Far East each vying to break each other's records and accusing the other of lying.

I think she did seem dissociated and very emotionally detached, even though the documentary maker suggested otherwise at the start. I found the lack of astute questioning frustrating as so much of what BB was saying was contradictory and hypocritical, but she wasn’t really pushed enough IMO. It was a very surface level narcissistic documentary, which is of course what BB wanted. No one physically enjoys the amount of sex acts she does for money, her constant proclaiming that she gets pleasure from this was so obviously fake and she would be much more convincing saying she just does these things for financial benefit. I’ve come away from the documentary with no idea who Tia actually is, but it’s clear there is absolutely trauma and disconnect there - from herself and others. Tragic really.

The way she kept using the same coarse phrases (‘rearrange my insides’ 🤢) didn’t make her seem confident and empowered, just sad. She looks about 20 years older than she is. It seems like she is surrounded by users, abusers and enablers including her own family. There was a lack of care and protection towards her, and the ever increasing extremes of her ‘performances’ just seem like self harm. She seems dead behind the eyes. A very sad look at where we are at in society.

Jabbing her for flu would have been the very least to prevent a plethora of germs. The more I read, the worse I feel. Wonder if she has nightmares or flashbacks? Every time she buys something with her “millions” I wonder if she remembers where that money came from..🤔

Yes agree. Talking about how contradictory she came across, at the beginning as one PP pointed out, she said she is emotionally different and if she doesn’t want to get upset, then she won’t. Towards the end when OF shut her down, she was visibly upset/frustrated in two different scenes.

Separately she says nothing she reads online upsets her and just fuels her brand, there is no way any human could read the extent of negative comments/articles she gets and not feel anything. As for not going out in public on her own for 6 months!

It must be exhausting, to build her ‘empire’ on OF only to have them squeezing her ‘creativity’ several times, her soaring, then for them to shut her down anyway. To earn all of this money and fame, but cannot leave the house on her own. She even turned up to the awards ceremony in Vegas and said adult port stars didn’t want her there because her work was free of charge vs they’re pornstars on payroll, she is not eligible. She says she thrives on it, anyone would become drained. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong.

You can't fill an emotional void with money or fame... no more can you than with drugs, food or alcohol.

I judge the men far more than her.

She can be an ego-driven unpleasant person AND a damaged and vulnerable one. They’re not mutually exclusive and often go together. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s trauma in the background. There often is with narcissists or other disorders.

I’m no puritan. I don’t think promiscuity is something to be ashamed of unless you’re in an exclusive relationship and being unfaithful. However, it’s bonkers to deny this is a risky activity. A woman’s risk of sustaining injury during sex is far higher and women are more likely to catch STIs from sex than men are, even with condoms. Multiply that by 1000 and you’re taking a massive gamble with your physical well-being. That’s not normal, healthy behaviour and hints at underlying psychological disturbance, however well masked by ego.

I think it’s more than just greed and attention. It’s a form of masochism. It contradicts the natural instinct to protect and care for your own body. I think there must be some form of underlying personality disorder.

I must admit I’m quite fascinated by this woman.

I don’t know how she’s got the stomach for it. It’s the thought of all those strangers and they might be dirty, smelly or diseased. They could be weirdos, pedos, criminals. But she’s willing to be intimate with them. It seems very dangerous.

Having said all of that, it’s just extreme sex work. Men and women have been doing it, mostly on the quiet for years. She’s just gone extreme probably in order to become a millionaire.

One thing that I don’t know why she isn’t challenged in is her very low opinion of women and relationships in general. Not sure how much of it she actually believes, but she was on about not feeling safe to go out and how she thinks a spiteful girl will attack her with acid.

Realistically she’s far more in danger of being attacked by a man, but she doesn’t seem to think like that.

She talks about how most women are sex workers by being married and their husband paying the bills.

Does it not even occur to her that most women are working, also that most women aren’t having sex with their husbands to pay the bills, but because they want to and they enjoy it.

She’s so down on women yet she is one.

It's disgusting the way she poses as some kind of feminist hero. She's motivated by one thing only – money. Imagine some teenage girl with low self-esteem and no love or guidance. She'll watch this vile woman and think "maybe that's the way to win love and respect. After all, she's on TV and everyone thinks she's great." It actually makes me angry. Feminism isn't about sleeping with loads of random men. It's about being free to live your life in a way that suits you. If that means having numerous lovers, fine. If it means being celibate and child free, fine. Young girls should be looking up to women like Iris Murdoch, Virginia Woolf and Sylvia Plath, etc. Brilliant, gutsy, educated women who lived brave, creative, interesting lives. Young girls should look up to female scientists and poets and artists, not this monstrosity. At first I pitied her. I thought maybe she was mentally ill. But she's a cold-eyed little schemer who knows just what she's doing.

I'm sure Emily Davison never imagined Bonnie Blue's antics when she threw herself in front of a horse. But we should at least acknowledge the emancipation of women here. She is allowed to do what she did and there are still many countries where women wouldn't be allowed to do that. You can't say women are free and then complain when they decide to make money from that freedom. She wasn't being exploited by a pimp, she keeps all the money. Might not be my cup of tea, but I don't have a problem with it. It's just sex, a physical act, but taken to extremes, like running an ultra marathon with a bloody big prize at the end.

Well, I hope someone had the intelligence to give her both Prep and Pep before and after her film shoot. Flu symptoms can be an early sign of HIV transmission and although, undetectable = untransmittable, and retrovirals have been lifesaving, the virus is still a risk with that many partners/broken skin during copulation. Ironically, professional performers may actually be less of a risk due to STD-tests done rigorously whereas on an open set, "virgins" could be anyone and could be riddled.

I also think the editor should have taken out the acid comment. Her friend at that point was correct to shut that down, but it should not have been left in. It puts ideas into people's heads and trust me, it won't be a "jealous woman" doing it. It will be a man.
