No. I didn't. I said we should advertise that dinghies will be deflated if attempting to enter British waters illegally. (Their starting point to do so is usually french coast ) I'm sure they won't drown in 2 inches of water will they ? That way it acts as a deterrent if they realise it's futile to try.

Also, how much do you know about Rwanda? I’ve actually been there. The genocide was in 1994 and was horrific but the country was completely turned around after that. It remains peaceful to this day with low crime rates.

That's what you said. No mention of 2 inches of water (impossible to do on the French side as we have no jurisdiction). Our waters are not a foot away from the French coast therefore the water will be significantly deeper than 2 inches.

You're being completely disingenuous. You're perfectly aware that similar threats have been made such as using the boats for target practice. In fact a Reform Councillor was recently deposed for language about gun boats and a Reform candidate went the same way for talking about target practice.
