To wonder if there'll be a revolt?

In the country that's stretched to its limits, today it was announced that Keir has agreed with Mr Macron that just 50 illegal migrants per week will be sent away.

I know so many people are totally fed up with the state of the country.

Will there be protests?

The problem is that a revolt which targets the billionaires will just send them and their wealth running abroad to some tax haven.
We need to get every country to sign up to our revolt

They can’t take their assets with them. British buildings, British businesses. Their money comes from us. We could take it back. In fact we have to or we’ll lose everything.

I can read the first sentence that says net migration has halved. Half means fewer in my world.

Ok that would make sense. Someone who only reads the first sentence of something and has no idea how to stitch together a full story from sources would be expected to come up with a half baked theory. Makes total sense. I get why you say what you’re saying.

Oh dear. You don’t understand how capital flight works, do you?

I read more than the first sentence. You would have seen - if you’d paid attention more and sneered less - my reference to the third but last paragraph.

Illegal migrant numbers are up. It’s that’s simple.

Take it back?

What do you mean, precisely?

You have not replied, but a word of advice - do not profess knowledge of a subject when you patently do not - you just look foolish.

I doubt you have a clear definition of "illegal migrant", but costs for housing asylum seekers are down rather than up. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cgeqwv98d55o

Three asylum seekers wirth luggage move out from a Home Office contracted London hotel

UK's asylum hotel bill down 30%, government says

The Home Office's annual accounts show £2.1bn was spent on hotel accommodation in the year to March 2025.

That’s the hotel bill, what about private rentals?

The sentence is perfectly constructed.

And how will Reform deal with immigration?

Who knows? But let’s be honest, they’ll deal with it a lot better than Labour. What have Labour done to stem it? There’s been more incoming this year so far than the same time in previous years, so what are they doing?

How would we know? Illegal migranys arent registered anywhere. Mos5 are visa overstayers though.

Take back the excess wealth they refuse to be taxed on. Do you think many other countries would allow someone to say ‘oh, but I don’t live there’ about tax when the income is raised in the country?
You’ve bought the narrative that this is a fight between middle and working class. It’s not it’s a battle for survival between the super rich and everyone else.

Word of advice - don’t be patronising.
I’d say don't be patronising when you have no idea who you are speaking to, but the simple statement works.

OK, one thing at a time.

How do you propose defining the ‘excess wealth’? How do you then propose ‘taking it back’?

Let’s start there.
