Aware of Head Teacher and Teacher affair

Name changed for this. I’ve become aware that the HT of my DC’s primary school is having an affair with one of the teachers. Both are married.

Would you do anything with this information? It feels utterly morally bankrupt that the HT is abusing his position like this, and I feel so sorry for the partners involved.

I haven't realised anything I've said from the start meetings need to be had to establish the facts, see if HT is a sleaze or not.

So meetings need to be had for every single meeting for every single member of staff?

So you are saying I need to call a meeting for the head having a beauty procedure done last week with her junior who has her own business?

No, we've been through this. Not the ones chatting in Tesco, not the ones in Costa. The married boss meeting a married junior in a service station motel ones.

The head is married as is the junior. Both are married. No we haven't been through the two females meeting. You kept ignoring it.

So two married females meeting give cause for concern. Yes or no?

I think expose it. It's unethical and dishonest. He's clearly not fit for his job since as a (head) teacher he is expected to demonstrate trustworthiness and good character by law. How can he be expected to make honest judgements about staff capabilities and pay rewards which is his domain when he is sleeping with a subordinate employee?
