Low self esteem. Even objectively lovely looking people can feel insecure.

The Lauren Sanchez hate is getting really tiring. Not a fan of her but it's so obvious loads of women are just jealous that someone who doesn't fit their ideal of what a beautiful, classy woman should be, ended up marrying the world's richest man.

Ah yes it must be jealousy 🙄I actually think there's a factory somewhere cranking out these carbon copy women for the obscenely wealthy to buy.

They consider themselves to be part of a different species, demi-gods I guess & so they feel the need to alter their appearance accordingly?

I really want to think it's her choice and as long as she's happy and all that, but in reality I think it's very sad that she has done that to herself.

Because she likes that esthetic and she can afford it.

I think it’s a form of mental illness to be honest.

I think that they are desperately unhappy with their appearance and have really low self esteem. My cousin was bullied for being "ugly" so she went down the plastic surgery route. She gradually did more and more as she got used to seeing the results. The problem is as soon as she plumped her lips, she realised she hated her nose, she fixed that and noticed her teeth weren't straight enough, and so on and so on. She's only just realised that no matter what she does to her appearance, it never makes her feel pretty. It's so sad 😔

I think, in their circle, they must stand out if they don’t have the surgeries/fillers so it might play on their self-esteem.
Imagine going to a party of 40-50 year-olds and they’re all botoxed to the max with perfect figures etc. and you’re stood there with your normal figure, normal beauty, normal facial lines etc.
I couldn’t change my face though, I’d be too scared about it going wrong 🥲

But yes she has still had a lot of surgery. Pressures of ageing in Hollywood and everyone looking similar so you don't realise it's odd.

Look at Leslie Ash who went into hiding over botched lips, now young girls want that look. Perception shifts.

She's had a lot of work done but that after shot has been photoshopped to make her look far worse than she actually does.

Definitely a woman who has never been surgically enhanced! The most I do is manicure and pedicure and hair done once a month.

The picture on the right is fake - she doesn't look like that.

I quite like the fact that she doesn't cover up her muscular arms and legs, she is not a willowy 6ft 20 yr old which old billionaires tend to go for.

I think she was a very attractive woman before she had all that work done. My husband agrees and says she looks awful now and doesn't understand this "look."
