Lauren Sanchez before and after. What is it with inflatable lips and sculpted cheeks and the inflated breasts? She looked like a nice, attractive woman before.

It's all a bit sci fi really isn't it? The v wealthy get all the good work done, because they can't bear to look like us. Eventually, they look like an entirely different species.

All these 'well, what do you look like?' Posts are pointless, because at least they look like themselves. It's not like slagging off Barbara down the road because you think her eyes are too close together; you're commenting on someone modifying themselves because they've bought into this century's fashion for mutilation.

There are things about my face I don't like. It took me years to get over stuff said to me in school. But ultimately, what do I need a pretty face for? I don't scare animals or children (unless I want to), and I want to be valued for who I am, not what I look like.

Because a lot of men like it and she wanted one ? She’s netted herself the richest on the planet so I guess it’s worked.

So you accept surgery is just to attract men then?
Some of us don't value ourselves based on our significant other’s income.

ThreePointOneFourOneFiveNine · 01/07/2025 20:38

It’s really sad that people, women especially, are under such pressure to look “good”. Whether you like a particular look or not, I just think it’s a tragedy that anyone goes through unnecessary surgery to make themselves look “better”. All this focus on appearance is so unhealthy. There are far more important things in life.

That said, I find it extremely hard to believe that having this surgery has enabled her to snag a rich man. I’m not a fan of JB, but I don’t believe he’s that shallow, if he were he’d be going for the naive 20 something woman he could attract with all that money. I think there’s more to both of them than looks.

DrowningInSyrup · 01/07/2025 20:39

I don't like the aesthetic personally, but she has kids, a billionaire husband, tons of friends, gorgeous properties, holidays, clothes etc etc. I think to say she is insecure and unhappy is a cop out. I bet she's very bloody happy! And good for her.

InterestedDad37 · 01/07/2025 20:33

That's fair comment, but it's a forum for debate and opinion, I supposed. I guess I was offering an opinion on a human, not because she's a woman.I think men who get 'enhanced' (e.g. through surgery and/or steroids) look ridiculous too.
Anyway, thanks for your opinion.

Men of course are entitled to join parenting website targeted at women, but judging women’s appearances would not be the hill I die on. It’s just makes you look like a misogynist fool.

I mean, I'm not (I'm just a man who prefers the company of women to that of men) but I respect your opinion. Bowing out of this thread 👋

I can understand why childfree women join, lots of threads aren’t about being a mother. Plus they will still more than likely have children in their lives such as a niece or nephew. But why is a man wanting to be involved? Surely there will male websites out there? Clue is in the title of the website, mum= woman.

YourAmplePlumPoster · 01/07/2025 20:09

I am very happy not living the life of a billionaire. Imagine having to go everywhere with bodyguards 24/7 and having your life pored over in magazines and the gutter press. There must be very wealthy people who keep their privacy because they dont court publicity. Do anyone of us know what JKRs DH looks like or her kids? No because she keeps them out of public view.

Google JKR husband - there are literally hundreds of images of him, them together at awards ceremonies, in Hello magazine, at sports events etc

If these are your views I doubt many women will want to have company like you.

I agree. Also, I’m a childless woman, but we are ttc, so I find this site useful to prepare and gain support. I feel uncomfortable with men using it if I’m totally honest. I just think there are other places such as Reddit.

Exactly. We have a shared common experience of being a woman and all the things it includes such as periods, TTC, miscarriage and menopause. No man will ever experience that. This isn’t a transphobic post btw I’m talking about the hetero cis- men on this site. I doubt gay men are on here.

Yes, I do agree with you. Perhaps there should be a Dadsnet as an equivalent 🤣

Actually I think there is a forum on here called that… 🧐

Its just men invading female spaces as usual

WOW. A man on a female based website telling a woman to fuck off because she called you out on your sexist views. And if you’re an actual woman, that’s even more unhinged to have that name. I suggest no one report the post so anyone that does an advanced search on this incel can see your appalling sexist behaviour. Is that you Andrew Tate?

InterestedDad37 · 01/07/2025 20:12

Genuine question... Why does it invite ridicule* if a man says he doesn't like the 'surgically fucked about with' look?
(*as in 'I bet he's no oil painting himself')
I don't know any of my male (or female) friends who think it's a good look.
And no, I'm not posting a photo of myself 😉😀

I posted the original comment asking for a photo of ops Dh. I did not say that I bet he’s no oil painting himself and that’s not what I was getting at. I asked so that we could judge him based on his looks as he is judging another person based on theirs. HTH.

Yawn.
I don't have sexist views and I'm no incel, but I really don't care what you think. I tried to engage politely, but you seem determined to have a pop. Fill yer boots.

YourAmplePlumPoster · 01/07/2025 21:03

I dont see why men are not allowed to have an opinion on this. A man has said he doesn't find the inflatable doll look attractive and Lauren's inflatable boobs give a whole new meaning to Sillicon Valley.

Thing is I do need to call this out tho.. we are all women here, judging another woman for her looks…

Thanks for the explanation. My misunderstanding, but it was perhaps subsequent posters also wanting a photo that made me conclude what I did.
Thank you 😊

It's sad and also a bit grim that marrying a billionaire is seen as something to aspire to rather than immoral.

FindingMyWayThrough1 · 01/07/2025 21:07

Oh my god she looks horrible
