In shops and cafes, barking and making people jump, tripping over them in the street... Seems everyone and their Auntie Flo has a dog nowadays.

I agree, and I am a dog lover. They are EVERYWHERE! You have no chance if you don't like them, or allergic to them

Its been a fortnight since we had one of these threads, people taking their dogs out "shocker".

Yes they are in shops cafes in the park the buggers are everywhere 😀

I saw 3 dogs in town yesterday, so not everywhere.

There’s more annoying humans out there than dogs, though granted a lot of dogs are with the annoying humans.

Rveryone and their auntie Flo has at least five dogs nowadays!!
The days of just having a dog are gone, we are now in a dog arms race, they all consider themselves super expert dog owners and they have to have a whole pack of dogs under their command.
Having dogs under their command consists of taking them out for a walk and letting them off the lead to do what they like (because being a dog owner is all about letting the dog indulge its natural instincts and do whatever it wants) whilst they are chatting away on their phone and paying no attention whatsoever to the fact that their creatures are defecating everywhere and annoying people.

Not this again!! Where the hell do you live where you’re tripping over them in the street?!

Tbf i won't take my dog into permitted shops because he'd just pee but we do take him loads of places nobody has tripped over yet.

Bloody kids everywhere in my town 😒. ..went to get a manicure yesterday hoping for a quiet experience. No chance
..Screaming kids, kids on ipads watching crap on full volume, kids running around, kids lying on the floor. Parents oblivious. There was also a really lovely well behaved dog just chilling next to it's owner. Give me a dog any day!

Yes, lots of people have dogs, and yes, lots of people, quite reasonably, take them to places where dogs are allowed to be. I haven't witnessed much barking though, nor people not watching where they're going and tripping over dogs.

Plenty of dog free venues, if you prefer that.

I left my house at 6.45am today. Travelled on various modes of transport, been in shops, a cafe and walked through a park. Haven’t seen a single dog.
